Heater coils do wear out (the controller, not so much), sounds like yours may be getting close to being worn out. I wore out a couple fairly quickly due to too many 950f burn-off cleanings of my DNail SiC Halo.

I never use bangers anymore, the Core is not regulated by a thermocouple like a peak pro. I have a Peak Pro and just got a Peak Pro2 from Ausvapes for about AU$500 to get ahead of the ban, not cheap now though, trying to gouge us before they go belly up with the ban?:uhoh...

I think the Ti stay cleaner, not sure but I have them in 2 of my units now. You could try a harder material under the mesh when you punch them. I went from wood to now using aluminium (my vice's soft jaws) but either still take a bit of hammering. The punches do get blunt and can be easily...

Sorry about that, I thought you had a Venty problem...there have been a lot, the Mighty is usually pretty bulletproof apart from the LCD screen. This would be a good time to move away from the aluminium-filled dinosaur, at least the Mighty+ etc now has a ceramic coating on the bowl.:2c:

How can I reset the settings of the VENTY? There are two ways to reset the VENTY: Press the Power Button for 10 seconds. OR: Reset through the Web App. That is the only fix I know @beckao, it sometimes fixes the problem...for a while.

You just need a coil and banger/carb cap, I use the same PID controller to run my ball vapes, bangers and DNail Nimbus. Just make sure the coil uses the same pin configuration as your PID. edit, you can also just drop the concentrate on top of your heated balls but that can get messy so I don't...
