What's your favorite torch or lighter to use with the Vapcap?

I'll look into that pyramid. Looks like it may be a good option for at home use. Exchanged the trump lighter for another one... This one works... For now.. Also picked up a triple flame cyclone also from vertigo by lotus. It works. We shall see how they last. That's the old boy beside the bic.

True it can be. Lots of wood is. But the real worry is when working with the wood. The dust made from sanding it can enter the lungs and even aggravate the skin. I'm not sure if there's a real concern the way your using it. But i don't honestly know. The wood database website is a good place...

What's your favorite torch or lighter to use with the Vapcap?

It seems like most torches mentioned are 50% hit or miss.... There has to be better quality torches. I don't mind spending more on a quality item. I have an authentic IM Corona old boy lighter that cost over $100, WORTH EVERY PENNY, but it's a soft flame. I'd rather not spend $100 on a torch...

What reliable torches do you use? I have a zico single flame that always lights up but the flame goes up and down despite purging it and using vector filtered 14x butane. Bought a vertigo by lotus trump today... It didn't work right out the package.

Thanks man! And yea I have been active on a few threads over the years. Tried 10 or so vapes but ended up hating being tied to an electrical outlet, and hated dealing with batteries even more! Ended up selling and giving away all my vapes and going back to smoking joints for ease of use... But...

Thanks brother! I'm just playing around really... I haven't even received my vapcap yet LOL These are just stands and cap pullers. But if the vap itself sticks to a magnet I have another idea in the works! This was the last of my cocobolo but i have plenty of buckeye burl... Which is my...

Does the entire vape stick to a magnet or just the cap? Ok got bored... Made another out of cocobolo. This is just under 4" ... I wanted it roughly the size of the M.

Just got the shipping notice email for my M. :D Went ahead and made a very simple magnetic stand and cap puller out of red cedar. It's sitting on buckeye burl... Later i may make a fancier one with some of this but first need to grab a few more magnets.

Thanks bud! About how long do the screens last with moderate to heavy usage? And does just 1 come with the unit? HAHA!! Thanks fellas. I seen a Ti version in the classified section for $100 and almost jumped on that one... im kind of second guessing myself for getting the "M" as i...

Screw it... I'm impatient. I just ordered the M... without the kit for now... since i don't know if the ti screens work on the SS model. I can order the backup screens and o-rings later i guess.

I'm looking to buy my first vapcap and looking at the "M" model. But i have a question.... I was also thinking of buying the dynakit deluxe kit that puff it up offers for $35.. But I'm wondering if the O rings and Ti screens offered in this kit even work with the "M" model? Thanks fellas.

    Firewood Vaporizer

Finally got a pic uploaded, here it is!! A few observations... If you own a Lily, the capsule from the FW3 fits in perfectly with the screen towards the Lily's heat intake. AA battery holders make great carry cases for multiple mouthpiece/capsules. If you own an Air, the caps that cover...

Thank you Miss J-bug for the info!! I will try and charge it up when it gets to one battery beep. Last night before bed I loaded all 3 capsules and started at setting 4. Should of stopped at 2 capsules... I was floating lol. All 3 capsules came out dark ABV, and I got great hits!! Loving...

Got mine!! Came late but looks wonderful! Question time! Should you use it till dead and then charge, or is charging before dead and more often better for these batteries? First test on setting 3 I could not see the coil glowing, setting 4 I seen it glow for a second... Took a few slow...

You can keep the grain and get an even "nicer" finish depending on which grit you sand too. Just make sure to also remove the dust after sanding before you add the finish "wax" .... And always sand with the grain of course. Dust can get in between the grain and give wood a duller appearance...
