What color is the AVB after the watercure?
I took 50 grams of AVB did the AVB and came up with 37 grams of dried AVB.
However, the dried AVB (oven never higher than 170F) looks kind of black. Is that normal?

I ended up with a 5oz bag of larf and trimmings and am thinking about water curing an ounce or two for edibles to see if it makes my butter/oil a little less fragrant. Anyone try this technique for edibles before?
Many years ago, I had heard of the 'watercure' method to quickly cure fresh cut buds to make them 'smoke ready' without the tedious drying and curing process that comes upon harvest.
I decided to try this with a bag of 'dirt weed' to see if it would improve the end product (I posted it here...
Has anyone here tried water curing bud? From what I can tell you do likely lose various terps, but also lose a lot of rubbish you don't necessarily need in your lung...

appologize if this belongs in ASK, but it's cooking related
i am a proponent of water curing all ABV, because I find that if I do not, and I do not cook the oil, then I can smell the ABV days later in flatulence, and I am so glad during those times that i didn't work around anybody else...
