Sfingi (pictured above) was a bit fancier then the later mentioned "Zeppole".
I was a Zeppole guy!
When I see the word "Zeppole" My mind spins to my youth... and the street fairs that took over our neighborhood blocks for that wonderful time!

& Sfogliatella my dream pastry... were of course a more rare and "intricate" pastry usually only found at the Catholic Church sponsored
neighborhood fairs.

Oh gross, it’s made by nestle, that makes sense. When I was in university I would love these trash cereals as a cheap dessert, was hard to beat the price per serving as long as I didn’t think about what was in it

My favorites were “Quisp” little flying saucer shapes with a crazy alien spokesperson. And an all time favorite “Count Chocula” 🔥. Not to forget all the captain crunch iterations 😉🤣
