Phase3 Vaporizers

Does anyone own a ZX and an Herborizer? If so, I'm wondering how you think they compare? I've had a few ball vapes but nothing has matched the flavor of the Herborizer.
I have both, imo Herborizer unmatched flavor is kind of a meme since ball vapes arrived, true it has an almost full glass air path but it is less powerful than a ball vape so you have to preheat the bowl / inhale for longer which kills more terps.

With the ZX if you use small amounts and a fast inhale you'll get bigger and tastier hits than with the herborizer

@greenganja the lack of communication is truly disappointing and the wait for this product has been far too long; some have patiently waited for more than a year. I reached out to @invertedisdead for a refund.
Oh Wow. I lucked up and grabbed a ZX as they’re still available.
I’m hoping for the same luck with a ZXL/ZXXL

Can surely understand the frustration of having to wait a year.

It's a real shame of you to have asked for a refund after such a long wait.
You're going to miss out on an exceptional vape, and one of equally exceptional rarity.
Ryan's vapes are definitely worth the wait.

There's a lot of work that goes into creating a device and sourcing the materials and manufacturers to make the devices. It would be difficult even for a small to medium size company to source quality material and trustworthy manufacturers. Most "small" vaporizer companies still produce anywhere from 500 to thousands of units, this cuts down on cost and time exponentially also the manufacture is more likely to take your order if it's larger and less complex. Now factor in that phase 3 is run pretty much run by one person doing all of this research and work on his own and all of that on top of balancing his own life.

We get to sit here and enjoy amazing products while Ryan takes all the risk and puts in all the effort.

I change screens all the time and that's the biggest annoyance. You can get around it by:

- Take the screen out and clean your bowl
- Take the time to put a screen in the position you want
- Find a 12mm dowel, drill bit, or anything that fits well into the bowl.
- Push the dowel into the BOTTOM of the bowl until it hits the screen.
- Wrap tape around the dowel where the bowl ends for several wraps.

Now when you want to put a new screen in, clean your bowl and insert the dowel from the bottom. The top of the dowel will be lined up with the screen indent and you can drop a screen down the top and push it right into place first time every time.

Forgot to add that if you tend to be heavy handed at brushing and tend to push out the screen when cleaning your bowl, use 2 screens. Those indents for the screens are a lot more secure when you have 2 screens in there. No real change to airflow either.

When someone takes money upfront the risk isn’t on them.

And if someone is waiting a year or more they're by default not enjoying the amazing product. 🤷🏻‍♂️

When someone takes money upfront and also offers a refund on a clearly labeled pre-order with potential delays, the risk is on them, not you. Do you think they can just send it back to the factory? No, they’re the ones eating the cost, holding inventory, and handling refunds. That’s called taking a risk because they actually have something to lose.

Also, let’s not get dramatic. No one’s waited a year. I was literally the first person to place an order the day it launched, and I haven’t waited that long.

Maybe if you bought something you couldn’t afford or weren’t really willing to wait for, you took the risk. And if that’s the case, just ask for a refund.

Thanks everyone following along, I appreciate all the love, support, cooperation, and even the criticisms, "no man is an island" thus I am receptive to all.

I want to thank all the new ZX owners sharing their experiences, it brings me some joy to see new and experienced owners together enjoying my work building off my original sapphire ball vape project I first started working on all the way back in late 2019. I never expected any of this gemstone ball vape stuff to eventually become the "industry standard" or some big thing, the original idea was to build something cool for passionate enthusiasts searching for the absolute best. And in that regard, the goal was met; but it's hard to feel like what you do is enough when you know there's so much potential for more.

I sincerely apologize to everyone waiting on a ZXXL and feel awful about the bouts of poor communication, as OG P3 supporters will recall how important that is to me; I would often cite "customer service matters" and think about my mother who worked in CS for most of her life. If you ordered before 4PM I would personally walk the order down to the post office that afternoon before they closed at 5. Not having any inventory for quite a long time really threw me way off my game; maybe I was vaping enough at the time to not notice it, but the effects are heard and felt loud and clear. Sorry if I let anyone down, it was never the intention. I recognize I dropped the ball and now it's my duty to clean everything up.

The ZXXL project has had a bunch of delays but for sure none of them are because of @Ed's TnT
I apologize if there was any suggestion that any delays were because of Ed.
What he says is true, Ed's a good guy with a good heart and he's been waiting on me. I appreciate the accountability to help ensure this project is wrapped up quickly from this point.

I guess I've been in a bit of an emotional slump lately all things considered and truth be told it took every single drop of energy I had just to get those last ZX pre-orders mailed out.

That said, I would never leave anybody behind or run away with anyones hard earned money.
I'm here to stay and thankful to be a part of this community since 2013.

If you genuinely want a refund on your ZXXL please reach out via email as a number of people have expressed interest in obtaining one should any pop up. I truly hate to see anyone give up right at the finish line after this long but I understand everyone has their limits.

ZX plug & play kits and 3 shelf bowls are currently sold out again. I will be reordering more ASAP.
Thanks to everyone for the truly stellar feedback, I love seeing enthusiasts enjoying their Z's.
It's been a while since I had a drop of new vapes so it feels good seeing the passion and enthusiasm in the community.
I hope to channel some of that energy into more cool devices for all my friends, so thanks to all of you rocking with the Z-Team.

I sincerely apologize for the delays and downtime and will be working hard to repair my reputation and better serve you good people.
Thanks to everyone patiently supporting the vision, your support means and helps a ton and I couldn't be here without you.
