I have had customers in the past say their duty charges are much higher with fedex/UPS just so you’re aware. The shipping may be cheaper but added fees on the end
Yes, UPS is notorious for tacking on an extra, not at all cheap, fee at the border. The person receiving the package pays this. For US to Canada shipments, USPS is the way to go.

None of the new Canadian tariffs cover:

Aluminum
Titanium
Quartz
Gemstone

Some wooden products are in the tariffs, but account for less than $10 of the overall cost of the kit and are a different HS code.

In fact, from what I see on the list, none of the products included in the kit use the HS codes listed on the new tariffs.

Additionally, these products are from China. When you fill out the customs form, you fill out the origin country, not the country shipping to you. My products do not qualify as made in the USA, so I don't think any of these new tariffs apply in the first place.

To confirm my statements, visit the Canadian Gov website regarding these tariffs here.
Oh my gosh. Thank you! I had no idea. I even looked up on the Canadian gov site and I thought for sure it would be included. I’m so confused by this whole mess honestly. It’s so far above my head.

I am most likely catastrophizing about things I don’t really understand. I have mostly used usps for that in the past with no issue. I just don’t know anymore

You should always avoid UPS and FedEx for international shipping.
Their handling fees are very expensive.
You should favor USPS and DHL.

Important to note that First Class International leaves you less options in terms of claims as soon as it leaves the US

I hate to be flip floppy but I will email again about shipping. If the USPS is operating as normal and what I’m reading is BS then of course I’d want to save some money.

Is first class international a part of USPS? It goes to Canada post once it crosses the border and they have been good to me in the past with that.

How would you guys compare this one with the Qaroma 360XLs? I dig hybrid hits, so I guess both fit. I'm really torn between these two and would like to read your takes on which one to choose.

I too love hybrid hits. Having used an OG 360 extensively for a long time, (I love how hard it hits!) it appears the XLS changes help smooth out one and done hits, something which is extremely desirable to me.. However, despite this I'd personally be inclined to go with the Universal Baller. To my mind you are getting a lot more for your money in terms of what the device would have actually cost to produce and the flexibility the kit offers (what you get with the kit, wired and wireless, quartz hits or Ti hits. The Universal Baller definitely seems to me to be a passion project, a design that's been created by someone to deliver the tastiest hit possible with the technology currently available. 22mm compatibility also means a lot of flexibility for use and bowl options. That flexibility will allow you to dial in max conduction hits when desired by popping a favourite bowl in a coil for a tick anyway

All pre order kits have been shipped out! Since we’re almost out of the pre order stock looking to try to get more!

I really appreciate all of the pre orders! Everyone will find some extra goodies in their box! Still more to come on that.

Thank you so much!!!

Your Universal Baller kit is my first pre-order of any ball vape, since just by looking at the design I know it will be more than worth the wait.

Much excitement! 🙌🏻

Long time, first time. My pre order arrived earlier today. I've been rewriting this positive review too many times. This thing KICKS. I am excited to play with all of the combinations. Great packaging as well.
I’ve been absolutely amazed by the feedback! I've got some improvements coming, as well as those hybrid bowls! Pre orders have started for them

on another note, I’ve started the 4/20 sale which brings the kit down 20%!

Lastly, pre orders for the Stainless Steel version have begun!

Theres a few titanium kits left too!

Congratulation on the successful product launch! The Universal Baller really stands out in the current ball vape market imo.
I've seen the Stainless Steel version pre-orders are already available on your site.
Since I assume you've already prototyped and tested the Stainless Steel version, could you elaborate a bit more about the differences between the Titanium and the Stainless Steel version and what was your rationale for developing another version in Stainless Steel? I know in general Titanium heats and cools faster, but Stainless Steel is able to retain the heat longer.
But I'm interested how that translates to the context of the Universal baller? How do they differ in your experience and for which user preferences would you recommend one over the other (especially since you can configure the device in 4 different modes)? Also I assume the only difference between the Titanium and the Stainless Steel versions is the material of the heater head or are there any other parts that differ between the two kit options?
Thank you!

The Stainless Steel is a little bit stronger performance wise but its mostly because of the quicker turnaround time for SS parts vs titanium. I would say the main differences are aesthetics, and that's why I went with titanium since it feels like a more premium design.

The new kits will have some updated parts as well, new bowl screens, new mesh screens (not right away), and some minor changes to the wireless stands (makes production easier).

@TerpChasersClub

Congrats on the successful launch and on all the positive feedback!!

I assume the crossing tech wiring is the same as the screwball coils and PID?

I went with the “No PID” option since I have a bunch already. I just have a couple screwball PIDs with the rest being China PIDs, but I also have a universal adapter to plug dc/auber pinout coils into China PIDs

I just want to make sure I’m all set before I plug it all in. My kit just entered Canada and should be here very soon! 🙌🏻

The wiring is the same as the screwball yes! It will not be compatible with China wired PID/coils.

Cant wait for your feedback as well!
