My original Hopper has been in for service for 11 months now with no end in sight. The only update I have received was them telling me it would be another 90 - 120 days minimum after I had to message them multiple times over a few weeks to get a response.

Charging for a few hours and doing the unplug/replug seems to have fixed the issue with my unit. Much better battery life now!

The original XL I received would show as having a dead battery after a few hits (light flashing red and no heat) after fully charging. I received a replacement unit and it is doing the exact same thing. The battery level indicator is blue when this happens.

I can only get a few hits out of my XL after fully charging and then it acts like the battery is dead :\

Received my Dynavap crossover adapter earlier today. It looks great and works exactly as expected. Such an awesome idea, @khelek41girl ! Currently using a Hula stem on a Splinter V2. Shorty Vortex on my Milaana 3 was real nice, too.

My Milaana 3 arrived yesterday (#462 - November preorder). It's my first Milaana but I have 3 Splinters and a Splinter Z so I am familiar in that regard. The Mi works great. Looks and feels great, too. No usage issues at all so far.

On my Gen3 Dual, I just use TCR mode set to 150. Locked resistance at .47 for my Z and use temps between 380 and 450.
