Yes, both the regular and XL mouthpieces fit 14mm. My understanding from other feedback is the XL mp is long so may not fit some 14mm pieces where there is not much clearance. The regular will definitely fit all as it is not so long.

Sorry I don't have the Vapor Genie so can't comment on its performance. In my opinion the Vapman is the best for hash. If you are wanting pipe-like flame powered experience then I'd say Lotus or Sticky Brick. Personally I think conduction focussed vapes perform better with hash though.
