SG is the biggest name in glass and beyond busy. Mass producing anything has never been in his interest. It's not surprising that he doesn't want to make trees for hydratubes. There just aren't enough hours in the day for Steve to be involved in all the things people would like him to do. SG...

Yeah, you don't need the greatest grass in the world. But, vaping in general works better with decent, or better, grass. One of the greatest features of the Cloud is its amazing taste. So, if you have access to high grade stuff, it makes the experience much better. High grade makes any...

Unless the HT is standing up perfectly straight in your beer mug, the water will leak out. The way percs work, if the tube is leaning the water will come out. If it doesn't leak when it's on top of the cloud, it's not a faulty piece of glass.

I'd be careful using GonG plugs on the HT because the plugs will be in upside down. They could easily come out and spill whatever your soaking with all over the place.

I wouldn't use GO for cleaning the ELBs. GO is specifically formulated to get resin off glass. ISO has a very low evap point, which makes it nice for getting all the iso out of the ELB and cleans the ELB out very nicely. I don't do the oven thing. Just soak it in iso and run HOT water through...

If you get a double chamber made by a good brand/artist, a double chamber will not add much drag. I have a strong feeling that the VXC is going to turn a lot of people into glassheads... be forewarned, it's a very strong addiction!:cool:

If you're a glass newb, you will not be able to tell the difference. One ice cube completely melting will add a little bit of drag. Nothing significant at all.

Pre ordering did NOT require any payment up front. You pay for the unit when it is your turn to order. So, if you're slightly interested in purchasing the Cloud, you might as well get on the preorder list now. The worst that can happen is that you don't purchase it when the time comes.

Glad to see all the work on the VXC hasn't caused you to stray from your high end, glass art roots.:cool: That soulshine piece is sick. I second the motion for some vids from users.

Surface area is the name of the game. The finer the grind, the more surface area of the herb is exposed to the heat. This is why it's best to have a fine grind. Of course "you can" use coarser grinds, but it will not be as good. You don't need to worry about clogging unless you are compressing...
