What do you mean by delta 9? Normally this would simply refer to the normal common or garden derivative of THC found in standard cannabis flower, and the words "delta 9" simply refers to the position of a double bond on one of the six membered rings. It sounds odd to me to call normal weed...

Have you tried refitting it with no ball's in the cap as a test? It'll rule out any kind of internal obstruction leaving you with the problem being the screen or the thread, as there's not much more involved I think. If it works ok then the most likely thought is there were too many ball's and...

Are we talking cross purposes? Is this the v1 upgrade brought out when the v1 went release? Or an upgrade for v1 to use v2 bowl/cap? Or has there been another upgrade?

But then again, it fits the aesthetic of the T2, which is incompatible with T1. But it's also a cutting edge design that's not old established tech, and to expect perfection out of the box when playing with new ideas isn't realistic imho.
