Getting off topic, but I have to ask. So... let me get this straight. You want the US taxpayers to subsidize private industry to make rich people richer?

• i don't particularly think that China wants to prop up some industries it is a terrible thing. It is their right as a sovereign nation to do that.
• The US has supported a range of developments, like drugs to cure cancer. Or at least we used to. Now they just wanna give the money to Billionaires. So not necessarily just to make rich people richer. BTW canada does the same

but yes the majority of vapes in US or Canada are made in China
