    Discontinued Purple-Days Vaporizer

I apologize if I offended anyone, no, I don't have any affiliation with Purple-Days, and am not qualified to speak on their behalf at all. Math like that is an approximation, that's true.

But doesn't the gaseous form only exist above 375 F? I think the thc would deposit in water, and the studies seem to show that. People don't drink bong water because it's nasty, but vapor water should be ok... sounds like a cool technique.

Well, keep in mind that the PD takes 30 minutes to warm up, so the change in temperature from 12 to 14 volts isn't going to be instant.

    possible waterfall vaping?

Darn, you beat me to it (telling everyone that that's a seperatory funnel)! I think it's interesting how one thing with a different label can be so much more expensive.

    Discontinued Purple-Days Vaporizer

Those looking for 13V adapters, here are some I found. A Purple-days draws 8W from a 12V source, so has a resistance of around 17 ohms. That means that it would draw 8.7W from a 13V source, with a current of .76A, or 760mA. First is for an Apple Stylewriter, supplies 13V through a 5mm center...

    Discontinued Vaporstar portable vaporizer review

Those green lighters do emit copper. The heated copper atoms become excited and emit that green color. Remember flame tests from high school chemistry? Copper has that green color. This copper is oxidized to copper(II) oxide by the flame. Breathing it is bad for you - "Inhalation can lead to...

    Discontinued Vaporstar portable vaporizer review

If you are going to get a special lighter for the vaporstar, get a windproof one that is not green. The flame is tinted green by a tiny ball of a copper compound. When you use the lighter, some of the copper vaporizes and emits that familiar green color. However, that copper is still in the...

    Vaporizer accessories

or how about doing something like this: Just have a glass tube going down through the stopper instead of that plastic one and let the glass stick out on the top, just attach the tubes. You can get those filtering flasks on ebay for around $15, or you could use a 2 hole stopper and a regular...

    Vaporizer accessories

I didn't see a thread specifically for accessories, so I started one Just browsing around on the internet I found this looks like it would work very well as a vapor bubbler, not nearly as expensive as other systems. $25.30 for 100mL, $28.47 for the pictured 250mL This company seems to be...

    Discontinued Purple-Days Vaporizer

Well, after finally getting through all 24 pages (2 hours!) I have become sold on the PD. I was going to get an extreme, because I had a vapir one before and liked the bags. When you think about it though, with any vaporizer you are just sucking vapor out of a plastic (or glass) mouthpiece...

    Portable Power Sources and Vaporizers

You could run the extreme off a computer charger, and I know that they make combination wall/car chargers that output 19V and can supply more than 3A. You could also get a battery pack designed to power a laptop computer, as they often output 19V and are often Li-ion batteries, which means that...
