Cheap High Quality Bubbler

So not that long ago we all made fun of this piece and deemed it non functional. Upon further review it should work. There are actually holes in the colored part so the water can bubble up before the uptake. It is just confusing because the bottom of the return tube looks like a perc.

Even with those holes there it doesn't look functional to me...
I really wish kathy would do water tests for the more complicated rigs...
She just doesn't seem to understand a water test doesn't mean actual use...

@Frederick McGuire did you see the video with the prototype mini pillar and Steven tried to smoke a cigarette with it. 
I have tried getting water test from lots of sellers and usually get a response along the lines of "Chinese people don't smoke bong". I know that! I just want to see it bubble!

It was pretty funny how you could hear like 4 guys piss themselves after he cleared it - they all knew what was gonna happen
I wouldn't wish a big bong rip of tobacco on anyone though...

I was checking out GB-234 to use with my EQV. What size fittings are those on the 234? Are there any other water filters I should consider? I like that the 234 has gg fittings on the inlet and outlet.

Steven's Dabuccino arrived today, I wound up with a blue 14mm. No perc, just a straight shooter downstem. I think I'm gonna stick with clear glass since I've been burnt by every cool shaped piece of chinese glass so far.
Not a terrible piece though, very good for flavor since it's just a straight shooter. I'll probably give it to a friend who has a habit of breaking glass.

Blue!?! I ordered an 18mm and if it's blue I'm going to throw it against the damn wall. He has one pic of a blue one, that's shady IMHO. No slits in the downstem either? Just a chug a lug? Who said these dubbaccinos from Steven were legit??? Ughh, kind of bummed after that news @063_XOBX but thanks for your honest review.

It looks just like the blue one in the picture on Steven's page. I was also really hoping for a green one with a 2-3 hole diffy instead of this chuggy straw.
That was my reaction. I specifically asked for them to make sure that it was green and 14mm but I guess there's only so much you can expect at these prices.

Why did you choose to order one from him? I have one coming in from Kathy today that should be a 3-4 hole diffy, hoping for the best. If I'm not happy with what I get from Kathy I might actually spend $70 on the one with a real hammerhead perc from glasswaterpipe.

The dabuccino from Steven has a 5 hole perc. It is an open ended down stem (one large hole) with 4 small holes right above the end of the down stem. So it does chug quite a bit. I personally don't understand why you would keep the down stem open 
the 4 small holes don't make it smooth lol.
One thing I have learned is even if you message the seller before ordering and ask for a specific color etc. you always need to leave a comment/message on the checkout/order page. I got screwed over by Steven and by DKGlobe once each because I messaged them asking for a request and then I got something different in my order because I didn't leave a comment during checkout. They both told me their "shipping people didn't know I wanted something specific" because I didn't leave a comment on my order. Obviously the people who write the messages don't communicate with the people down at the factory that package and ship

An early reminder... Chinese New Year is coming - 2/19 this year. For those of you who don't know, the whole country shuts down for about 3 weeks. No orders, no production, no shipping! They usually start preparing for it a few days before. So, if you don't want serious delays I'd suggest you place orders trying to make sure your stuff is out of the country by 2/13. This can easily turn a 2-3 week turnaround into 7 or 8 weeks.

Can someone please give me some information on the different styles of percolators...and how they differ from each other (than shape) and do any say work better than others. I have personally only ever hit a couple of nice pieces with real percolators so this is one thing I know very little about.

Here's my Steven update..
Instead of replacing the recycler bong that I have gotten 2x broken over the last 3 months, he suggested I use glass glue to fix the leak (after first asking my to buy something new again, for the same piece). He also never sent me the free dubbacino he promised me (though he did send me some really nice tea). As much as I would like a fc-186w, i think im done. This is just too flakey and I cant believe I never got a working recycler bong for my 80 bucks.
