What temps should i run my vape at to release the compounds that commonly help one sleep?
I also find tinctures and medibles to work well for sleeping (especially Indica strains). I prefer tinctures as they're easier on my stomach (glycerin based)[/quote
I've found that any type of medibles (tinctures I'm getting are pretty thick so best mixed with coffee, non-alcoholic beer, or w/ alcohol if desired I supposejcat, have you tried TetraLabs Spray Tincture? If so, how do you like it?
Do you find Tinctures last as long as a vape buzz?
I do the same as DreamTime.Hello fellow insomniac
The phytocannabinoid with the highest boiling point that has sedative properties is pulegone at 224c.
If I'm trying to get to sleep, I'll usually start my vape load at around 195-200c take a hit, and over the course of another couple of hits raise it all the way to 225-230c for the final hit.
