Woooohooooo! I just got my shipment notification....My Tornado T-Stem should be home sweet home in a few days or less....and then I'm gonna have a Stock stem heat shield that is made from purple heart wood....holes and all looks just like the metal...but wood.

I did!! He lives about 10 minutes from me...hes a buddy of mine..his name is Tim.

To be fair, I think the shipping times and costs are just how life and business works. Just like the US and Canadian users get a hit ordering something like the Tempest or TA from the UK. We can't fairly expect special treatment - it rankles, and even more when hit by customs for an extra £50 or so, but we know what to expect on that side and can make a fair decision.

My bitching is to do with entering into a contract, paid up front, based on information that's seems to be either incorrect or has changed, but we've had no notice despite an email to all outstanding customers being a 10 min task (or thereabouts). This is what I find hard to understand - it takes so little effort and time to keep people updated, and yet goes such a long way to improving the experience.

I'm sure that when it arrives I'll be happy as anything and quick to forget this, until the next time I consider ordering from them. estratto has always lived up to their end of the deal in my book/story/scenario..

I'm not trying to judge the company, I know small companies have a tough time balancing everything, not an easy task!
It's just this issue of information about changes to what was expected that's frustrating, and we tend to imagine the worse (without any evidence) simply because of nothing else to say otherwise.

None of this is new. There were the same out of order shipping and communication issues with the Anvil.

Bro....we be neighbors! I live one mile from Sams Club. Frequently fish and walk a few parks in Oak Ridge and Clinton area and Concord also.

I have had 5-6 interactions with Vestratto since he started selling the Founders Units on day one. Always got back to me in a timely manner and with respect as I was asking stupid questions at times.
They are a small company. I can see them getting bombarded by the same stupid emails over and over.
Then to read the threads here and the toxic level a few folks bring...I am not sure if I were John I would want to be involved in messaging on forums where my company was being attacked.
I do wish he would start using The Vestratto Sunday Post again.

I have so much respect and appreciation for the engineering that John brings to the table.

Lolol!! I am in Halls...up in North Knoxville...I bet we are 10 mins apart....well get together and sesh sometime...im converting my mancave into a studio where I can film and produce Thc influencer videos...im in the process of getting my Medical card....ill have you on as a guest...lol.

I think they process a batch in manufacture then gradually assemble them and send out (total guess but the timing seems to fit) one at a time. They may well still be sending out the batch from Feb (I got mine a couple days back from mid-Feb) but that doesn't mean they can't start planning ahead for the next batch and gathering numbers, and I think this is what goes on. They aren't stiffing you! But their comm's could explain better.

It sounds like you need to get in contact with them. I ordered my Tornado on March 11 and it shipped on April 17.

The orders seem to have been out of numerical order (maybe overseas order issues?), mine was ordered in mid Feb but didn't ship until about the same time as yours! So it's very hard to judge - but I'd agree an email to Vestratto wouldn't be unreasonable.

Their profile says they are in Ontario, though. I'm in the US and my Tornado was in Ontario last week. 😟

All I'm saying is going by order number and/or order date isn't going to tell you much about any specific order. Whatever the reason for the apparent delays for some, not all have been processed in absolute order.
