I only received mine today, and used two bowls in it so far, so please take my "review" with a grain of salt... But yes, the vapor is very smooth and not harsh. It has great taste, and you can simply draw long and slow

The fact that you almost never see them being sold second hand is also a good sign, it seems like people want to keep theirs :-)

I have — on temp 5, with some extract fibres or similar.

I was sorta happy with the results, without anything to really compare it to.

I have not tried using hash in this device. But, good luck and let us know how it went. Cheers!

So, after my first evening of using the Bowle, I can without any hesitation say that this is the easiest vape I've ever used.

I expected the pod system to be a bit gimmicky, but it's not. It's the opposite, it might be the best thing about this vape :D
It's so nice to have the pods filled up and ready to go. Especially with the near-instant heat up time.

Thinking of vaping, and being able to to vape in under 5 seconds is amazing

my bowle isn't turning on. when plugged in, the blue lights turn on and show it's nearly fully charged (4 of 5 blue lights). unplugging and pressing both buttons 5 times like the reset instructions does nothing. how do I fix this? why did it happen?

Anyone know how many watts the Tafee bowle is putting out?

I had that happen. It’s a fail safe due to the charger. Did you leave you Tafee bowle plugged in over night? Regardless, contact Tafee, you will need to send it in for repairs/reset

Upon inspection, we concluded that your device entered a safety lockout due to experiencing an electrical surge while connected to charge. We err on the side of extreme caution in such cases which is why the device is configured to prevent further use untill we are able to ensure no components have been damaged.

We are pleased to inform you that all safety protocols worked as designed. We conducted a complete service inspection to ensure there was no damage to any internal components.

Your Bowle has been benchmarked to excellent performance levels and is ready for dispatch.

I had it plugged in for maybe an hour to charge it then unplugged to use. wall outlet, stock usb cable. that's when I notified it wouldn't turn on. I didn't notice any electrical issues with the house. that's odd that the fail safe would kick in when I'm using it like anyone would

Unit not turning on could simply mean its's broken, and it sounds like you've done what you can. Overnight charge is worth a shot, but I think you should write to help@tafee.com and get that started.

One way to trigger the lockout is 'too many button pushes in a short time span, but typically you'd be seeing it powering on (and off), getting confused by too many button commands or something.

I don't know as there is a reset for the Series 2, unless a reset occurs when "travel mode" is set.
For Series 1 I remember the reset, and it may even still be in the manual, but the terminology I've heard recently from Tafee is as follows (part of instruction to prepare it for mailing):

"2. Kindly turn off or shut down the device into shipping mode if the device has power. (Click the large and small buttons together at least 4 times. The device should lock and refuse to power on)."

I believe the wake-up is via plugging in to a charger.
Maybe simply a change in Tafee terminology, I don't know...

Ordered a bowle Ii earlier this week, last night I got a confirmation email that my payment was successfully processed, however when I click “View Order” I get an error 404 page.

Waiting to hear back from CS but was just curious if anyone else ran into this.

Thanks!

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
I don't know as there is a reset for the Series 2, unless a reset occurs when "travel mode" is set.

Don't know if this has been posted before, but according to Tafee, the reset procedure for a series 2 :
To Reset Bowle 2;

With the Puck Base Unit disconnected from charging and powered on and on standby,

Click both the "Fire (LARGE)" and "Power Level Select (SMALL)" buttons simultaneously in rapid succession at least 5 times.

If you inadvertently activate the heater at any point (for example, by pressing only the Large Fire Button by mistake without intention to inhale, once the oven activates, or if the Green LED's or oven remain on longer than 3 seconds), you must quickly click the "Large Fire Button" ONCE to immediately shut down the heating cycle.

Subsequently, attempt to place the device into shipping mode again, taking care to ensure you are clicking BOTH the LARGE and SMALL buttons together simultaneously 4 times to lockout the device.

Reset is successful if immediately after clicking both buttons 4 times quickly the Puck LED's briefly display Blue Lights, then shuts down and will not power back on.

Even "clicking" the "fire" button 3 times in rapid succession to unlock the Puck does not indicate any power no matter the input.

If the Puck base unit still indicates any power, then the reset has not been successful, and you must try to reset it again by clicking Both "Fire" and "Power Level" Select rapidly at least 4 times again until Puck Shuts down completely and cannot power back on.

Finally, to wake the Puck up, plug the device in to charge for an hour before proceeding to use it. (Use the supplied charge cable at all times.)
