Yeah, website is live but no replies. I contacted them to see what custom wood they have available. I would even buy something with their standard wood but am a little hesitant due to the lack of reply. Normally when I have contacted them in the past they reply relatively fast. Hoping that this whole tariff business hasn’t affected them.
I just ordered a 4 dynavap magnet stand from them a month ago. Slow shipping from Canada, but no issues with Futo as a store.All good. My order was just processed. W

Yeah, I was just a bit concerned as I tried to contact them via email and instagram a couple of weeks ago but didn’t get a reply, still haven’t to be honest. Usually, when I have tried to contact them in the past, they have been relatively quick to respond. All good though, my order went through. Just was interested in what custom wood they had.
I love your boxes by the way I've got four of them and some custom stems from you as well :-)
Was wondering if you had plans to make a XXL version that was wide enough to accommodate the tornado? My XXL version won't quite fit it I could almost jam it in there but it would be a one-way trip lol

Yea I get that. Things are expensive and you hope that they provide good customer service.
