Portable I take it? Replaceable batteries? Any thing else you can reveal?

At this point I might as well setup a direct debit.
You can read about the previous plans in the other MH topic, the final version will be quite different though thanks to the Tempest.

It’s either going to be a Tempest AIO and regular IH hybrid or just a “regular” IH with advanced options, likely 2x21700 and around 120W max power. It will be the smallest size possible with some next gen magic :science: We’ll see what I can come up with once the Tempest is ready.

These are some of the planned colors that you'll be able to mix and match:

Mama mia! Those are some spicy meatballs!

But seriously, like everyone else has said a million times already, I can't wait for this release.

Haven't been in the vape game long, but I haven't seen this much hype over any other vape. Well deserved though. Those look awesome!

I'm not much on this forum, but the Tempest brought me here. I am a microdosing DVer reading about the Revolve 2 and then saw the Tempest on @Brenyo's site, so here I am...

And am a bit lost... I get the Revolve uses the DV tip and cap. And that the Tempest doesn't. And see that there is some kind of modular interoperability between the Revolve and the Tempest. But only vaguely clear to me.

And I saw mention of a kit, and just the tip and cap. Does that mean the Tempest tip and cap are DV stem and Revolve compatible?

I am guessing that many other people will come here a bit confused about the positive overlap.. Modular Lego is good. And if your VAS is limited by $¥€£ then getting a choice right is everything.

Sorry if I'm being dumb and there is a thread summarising the As that I can't see.

Yes it is, however it won't look great with the Revolve Ti sleeve. The wood and glass sleeve will work and look good with it.
The Cooling Unit + MP combo is compatible with any Sleeve, including the new Tempest Ti.
The Revolve CU has the DRC and Reclaim Mesh feature, the Tempest CU doesn't as it's built into the Tempest Head. The Tempest CU is a more simplified design.

This allows me to put stuff in the cart. Are we good to go?
No, just working on the kit builder so I had to upload the products. We're still at least 2 months away :D

If you heat the rest of the parts red-hot then there could be issues with the coating, yes :)

Around £79 for just the cap, £109 with tip
I don’t plan to offer packs

Most of what I can think of should be covered at release except a smell-proof case that will come with the IH. What do you have in mind?
What’s the expected price of an entire unit? Tip and stem?

Thank you very much for that detail

I guess the deciding factor is between one foot in both DV and MH ecosystems Vs cool new cap.

Will there be a Tempest half bowl setting?

There will be! :D
That's brilliant. I have grown to love my 0.05g DV B tip and use it with other stems. Tempest 0.15g halving to 0.075g is a nice halfway house. And nothing stopping me from putting a bit less in if I want.

To someone's point earlier about bowl size not being as consistent a driver (bud type, dampness, etc all making a daily difference), I wonder if manufacturers should list volume in millimetres as well as / instead of mass. Cos even those mass g guesstimates might not be entirely comparable between manufacturers.

Hi @Brenyo, do you have any examples of the wood stems? I see you have rosewood and ebony as options on the kit builder.

Edit: And also any pics or drawings of the leather case design and colours?

Yes, it's on the manual a few pages back. The "half" bowl is 0.5cc (nearly a full DV bowl), full bowl is 0.8cc

Leather case

This is the flattened version which will be folded in half, it's not ready yet. Black vegtan leather with thick threading and titanium branded tag finished to match the cooling unit color. The color changes the metal tag and it's still undecided if the threading as well.
It can be closed so there is no dust going into the MP or hanged from a lanyard for example.

Materials and finish look top quality as usual :) I can't wait!

A final question on the comment above. Are we minimum 2 months away from full release which would be minimum 2-4 weeks from the pre-order? Or minimum 2 months away from pre-order opening?

Apologies for all the questions I'm just really really looking forward to this lmao.
