I have found the past couple nights that my optimum temp for the zeal when I’m preheating the SH Bowl as described earlier is 530-535. Nice subtle improvement on flavor. The SH has been living In my holder under the zeal.

So concentrates has been moving slower than I’d hoped. We are working at it still, but had extra time to devote towards our newest & final ball vape design and hopefully a lot of other peoples too. With this new modular ball vape design we will be able to adapt as new trends develop in the ball vape scene. With this new design we won’t charge you for a whole new head to get a whole new experience we will be able to offer new adapters instead. This new vape design is Omega or Ω.

There has been a little fine tuning since these pictures but only minute measurements. Ω has a bottom adapter that is removable so you can alternate between diffuser, 18mm injector, 14mm injector. It has a spot for a handle on an exterior ring that fits on each adapter, this is to go wireless with Ω. We didn’t want to limit people to only being able to use wireless so there is a ring that fits between top cap and main body so you can dedicate it to a coil.
For all those who are enjoying SS Zeal this should perform almost identical with most specs that effect performance still being almost the same. I will have more info over the next day or so on cost and timeline of this project. My goal is to have the entire assembly priced relative to zirc Zeal housing but may be just a tiny more once handle for wireless is sourced.
I wanted to show you guys so you knew it was the near horizon and I will fill in with details as I receive them.

Hell yeah. I am so pumped for this one. I'm already picturing the whole range of Omega accessories and ecosystem. Maybe I am getting ahead of myself but I think this looks like an absolute winner.

I love the idea of swapping between different sizes depending on my mood.

With the Zeal I felt like you had an awesome first heavy desktop for everyone. With the Ω you might have the last one that anyone would need to buy.

This looks pretty cool, count me in. I'm into the idea a modular head, that sounds honestly kinda ideal & with wireless.. that's checking a lot of bells and whistles off the checklist, truly.. I know there's gonna be more info coming but i'll be the first to ask: Dab Ready compatibility?

SS Zeal Kit Lite

Zeal is a SS 316l ball vape housing that accepts 22mm bowls with its diffuser style connection that works with 22mm bowls (CH diffuser bowls). SS Zeal uses 20mm barrel coil that requires it to be stretched to 23mm length. This is done simply by use a flathead screw driver and placing between...

Thank you bro my regular designer was away at the moment for awhile and luckily l was able to get @Secreagent (idk why I’m having such a hard time tagging her) To help me. She was amazing working with thankfully and worth the cost if you’re looking for help. One advantage she had in comparison with my designer I’ve been using since I started is she vapes and he doesn’t so she was able to take initiative and finesse small things that he wouldn’t have without me fine tuning little things. So very excited for this one.

They are both great. SS takes just a little more heat because of material but end results are almost identical. SS is forever where Zirc is a strong material but it is ultimately a ceramic.

BTW quick cleaning tip for the glass bowls.

I've started to give them a fast, staccato blow with my mouth (from the glass joint end), between hits. It's amazing how much this seems to clear out blocked holes in the glass.

Doing this seems to be extending the longevity of the bowls considerably. I'm then using suggestions from @LesPlenty to blast them out with hot water, before a quick ISO wash in the ultrasonic.

Anyway, hope that helps anyone else! I'm still super impressed with the SS Zeal. I'm pairing it with a Baio RBR, but looking forward to replacing that with an Influx :-)

I admit I don't totally know what iDB has planned but I had pictured it as least as big a a small PID controller and head.

Got some packages in real late tonight. I’ll update some listings tonight if the festivities don’t interrupt. Got SS housings and zirc housings pid are still about 2 weeks out. I currently have no glass bowls. I had a big breakage with shipping and bowls were part of that. I have some being worked on and express shipped. Also got a few prototypes for bowls coming with them, unfortunately these will cost more because it requires more work to fit the screen then welding a screen into it. It should only be a couple dollars more.

Ohh slick. I'd love to pickup a couple of those new bowls when they drop. I've been hoping to pickup more of your v1 22mm diffuser just for backups, this next version with a better screen is more appealing!
