Music from the mid 60's to late 70's (when creative genius reigned..)

Released in '61 so a bit early for the thread but the overload of creative genius at work makes up for that.
I think i was 16 or something the very first time i heard this piece and i instantly was in total awe.
Years later it still is in the top 5 of the most played songs on my player.
It's absolutely a mezmerizing, hypnotizing masterpiece.

I don't have words to describe this track, it's pure genius.
This should be obligatory music so every human being hears it al least once in their lifetime...
Don't miss out!!
I'm telling you!!!

Old & In the Way
The sad days are following too close to each other lately.

Terry Kath was a musical giant who allowed the band to share a stage with him as equals. They were all great, but...

When Chicago hit, as a band, they were so unique, touching into rock, jazz, pop, almost big band, and blues.
It was easier for a while to pigeon-hole Chicago as an older generation's music, (no horns in Rock n Roll!) but any close listen, especially to Terry's guitar work, showed much more.

During his play In this video, I see the moves that later Dave Grohl exaggerated.
But unlike someone like Grohl, Kath was a guitar player's guitar player.

Check out his solo here;

I just went back to @lwien's original kickoff post.
I'm crying.
Man!
I wanted to know now but it says "this video isn't available in your country"...
I mean, wtf?
They are after my country?
Anyhoo: I'm really crying now but wanted to cry your way...
So pretty please: do enlighten me, what's hidden behind this virtual wall of frustration?
My country will thank you...
