This will replace my solo2 when/if ever it dies, large replaceable battery, updated heater and works with all my stems, by then should be good price on sale no brainer for me, like to see updated Argo too, both still in rotation.

I had a head in ass moment and contacted arizer because I was getting error 2 when trying to charge it---they nicely pointed out to me that there is a plastic disk under the battery cap that needs to be removed and tossed as the instructions clearly say--yeah I missed that part lol --SO just in case someone else pops up with that error 2 code, make sure the plastic disk is removed lol
Strange mine didnt even have the plastic disc, anyone else had this happen ?

edit: did find a plastic disk like with the recycle logo pet 1, was that it and supposed to be in there ?

So I got some ISO 99,9 % but it doesnt get rid of the brown spots in oven etc, and no idea why the vapor with nothing in keeps happening after 1 session even....
Can take over half hour to clear up, this doesnt seem normal... does smell like hash though.

Likely over time, no matter what you do the oven will get so dirty it can become a health hazard, because it seems impossible to clean thoroughly.

Not sure why you getting resin/reclaim buildup on the bowl, maybe overfilling stem. Standard practice for Arizers is to not overfill the stem/bowl so there’s a slight space to the edge of the bowl to reduce the chance of contact between the herb and bowl. Some people raise the bowl off the bottom as insurance to prevent this if the bowl is filled to the edge. I have a Solo 2 and Argo, both bowls are perfectly clean like new after lots of use. I have wiped the bowls with a ISO q-tip occasionally, but I have never had any big buildups from resin/reclaim. The vapor you see from a empty bowl is the resin/reclaim baking on to the bowl or any herb crumbs that have fallen in the heater vents/holes onto the heater which will eventually become ash and be sucked out when in use. Good practice I do is after filling the bowl/stem tamp it down with you finger so the herb is not loose and no herb falls out when you overturn it. I hope this solves your problems.

Thanks for tips.
Im trying not to let it touch the oven and dont fill it up to much so it mostly doesnt fall down anymore.
Just wiped again with iso but cant seem to clean this off:

The holes in the oven for some reason catching alot of resin.
If its already like this after a month, its worrying how it will be in a year...
Tried scraping it off even no luck...

I'll be really careful now, and wonder how others their oven look... because it seems impossible to keep it like new after months and reviews also said it was maintenance free.

Just got the airmax and I'm pretty satisfied by it, the flavor is unbeatable for a portable, the vapor production is okay, and it is pleasant to pass around, the part where you hold it does not get hot at all. The oven is able to take multiple hits and still produce consistant vapor.

It is nearly perfect for me, but anyone found the ABV from the airmax not dark enough? I ran it at max temp until there is no vapor left, but my ABV is still yellow, only the herbs that fall into the oven turn a little bit brown. Speaking of that, do you folks put a screen at the bottom of the stem to prevent buds from falling into the oven?

I figured it out! I kept my habit of stiring the bowl when using the Max, this is a mostly conduction vape so everytime I take the stem out it only lower the temp of the bowl, I also turn it off as soon as I'm done with a hit, so the bowl can't be cooked.

Now when I want to finish a bowl I let it cooked in the oven for a minute, then after several sips I got evenly roasted dark brown abv from it and I didn't need to stir once.

It just became my favorite device. Easy to clean and you don't need to stir the bowl every session is a huge win in my book.

Also this is my first time owning an Arizer devices and I think the temperature is much more accurate than other vapes, which makes it so efficient at what it does, at the highest temp I can feel the mellow effects kicks im immediately even when there barely vapor left.

I just ordered one of these...
Does anyone know the best batteries for the air max? What battery comes with the vape?
Will the 18650/26650 battery adapters work here? I was thinking about the molicel p26 with the adapters?

My oven looks like new after multiple months of pretty heavy use. I just pack the stem 3/4+ full and use my fingernail to tamp it down all the way around. Flower rarely if ever touches my oven.

City vaporizer (authorized arizer dealer) has these for $159 shipped no tax to us/Canada. Just snagged one. Thinking between this and the TM2 my VAS will be tamed for a long long time.

Other than the swappable battery is there anything better about the Air Max compared to an original Solo? I still love my original and don't really expect there to be much difference in performance but kinda curious.

Edit: Damn like an hour after ordering they already shipped it out!

I was a original solo user for years, just got the air max. Anyone know how to switch it to Fahrenheit?

Digging the air max. Feels like a really high quality device. Air flow is noticeably better than the original Solo but definitely not night and day different. Honestly think the original Solo gives me bigger clouds but flavor from the air max is better. Glad I got one but also glad I waited until they were at a reasonable price.

Has anyone used these stems from POTV? They look just like the 420EDC ones.. looking for a quick review on them if so. Seems like a new product on POTV. No reviews as of yet.
Have not tried these straight stems, but you might want to wait. The Canadian POTV has just added the 80 and 110mm curved 3D stems(the straight 90mm 3D stems not offered yet) so the the US store might be stocking them soon and I have a few of these from 420EDC and another supplier and they are great as I find the bend stems cool better than straight. :2c:

Ok, I decided to give in and create an account just to ask this question. As someone who already owns a Mighty+ and 2021 Omni, both top-tier vapes in their own right, can I justify buying the current bundle deal on Airizer's website for both the XQ2 and Air Max for $284?

This is one of those things where I know I could save the money up for something more swooned over, say a Tinymight 2 or Oldhead Freight Train, but I've always wanted to try Airizer vapes for their slow sipping nature, and taste from the glass stems. It feels like FOMO on a great deal, but I would like help to decide if this is the right call.

I do a lot price monitoring and that’s a good deal, $142 for each beats POTV BFCM sale prices of $160 each and a Solo2 goes for $120.

That’s for you to decide the Max would be nice and can see myself getting one, but the XQ2 is harder I have a Extreme Q and rarely use it so XQ2 might not get used much, but if you were interested in one the deal is pretty good. :2c:

So I’m actually selling my Mighty+ in plans to swap to an Air Max. I just prefer the smaller pack and all glass vapor path. Personally, I wouldn’t keep both the Mighty and the Air Max as they’re both strictly session vapes.. but that’s just me! I only really need one session and one on demand vape. Rarely use desktops these days.

Just a heads up the Orbtronic cells I received don't fit in my Max even though they're 26650s. Might try rewrapping them. They're extremely close to fitting.
