Looking at power hitters

Any other portable heavy hitters vapes besides tinymight, fw 7, and p80 out there that I haven't mentioned? I'm in the market for a heavy hitter vape and I keep coming across those 3 only. I understand they also got problems. From all the reading I've done, I see that the tinymight has problems (not sure what problems) and also the customer service is just horrible. P80 is never in stock. And not to much bad reviews on the firewood. So before I jump on one of these (most likely the firewood) I wanted to see what else has hit the mark recently

I consider the Firefly a heavy hitter, it can be a pain to use but it will deliver massive hits and the flavor is better than any other portable I have tried. It often gets forgotten when discussing convection portables, the first hit off the Firefly is probably as pure a convection hit as you can get.

The vape that i recommend theses last weeks is the Glow RCV18 from Dreamwood (on mod) : convection, flavor, heavy hitter, good service.
Worth a look....Also, my SBL Runt is a strong heavy hitter!

Look again at the TM thread, start from the most recent page and skim backwards, there are not problems as you say vaguely, it is still the go-to for me honestly, I also love the FW7 (perfect complementary pair) though and TP80 is great obviously...

what about the taffe bowle?
I looked into that but I don't really want something that big. But it is a cool design

Thanks for the reply. I'm looking into it

So no problems with yours. Went back a few pages, so far it been mostly talk about the stem ang getting cooler hits. So owning both, tm and fw, or neither. which do you recommend to people the most? If I could afford to pair both, I would, but I can't. And the tetra will probably be awhile before I can get my hands on it.

Yeah you'll see many other happy users in the thread, and TM created an account to start interacting more, customer service really picked up, anyone with issues has been able to resolve them for the most part... Yeah there is a lot of versatility with the stem, instead of the standard cooling unit, I love a WPA with a J hook at home, a lot of people are modifying with glass beads and other cooling stems, many options now! And it depends exactly what you want, your own specific needs, but if I myself had to have just one it would be the TM, overall it is more versatility effectively useful I think!

I'm mostly looking for something that can extract quick but also be reliable. (I need something for on my 15 min breaks)

Yeah the TM can be extremely quick, one of the fastest extractors... Full temp range dial though so you can also slow it down too. Anything can break, even a mighty, so yeah

The Tinymight is my preferred portable. There have been some devices in the past that have had issues but it was always a small number and imo nothing more than any other device. Most problems that have popped up are able to be fixed without sending the vape back which is good if you find yourself in that rare scenario. The P80 is great, I love mine to death but, I still end up using my Tinymight more. The FW7 is a lot different than those two with the added conduction heating aspect. Mine felt very rough at first but has "broken in" so I enjoy it more now. It has just never been a device I've felt the need to use consistently. I'm a sucker for convection vapes because of the better flavour but that's just my preference.

The Tinymight is the easy choice here.

I've only owned a Tubo and not a Tetra but with its glass joint and higher price the annoying batch drops aren't the only thing counting against it.

The FW7 is slim in the pocket and a great pocket portable but you can't charge the battery in the device and the three adjustable temps make it less flexible in use. And again you can supposedly time a batch drop but in reality it can be tricky to even buy one and not because it's a superior device, it's just made in small batches.

You can always look to aquire a P80 or FW7 later. Maybe one or both companies ramp up their production in the interim so you can just order one.

The Tinymight is the only of the three that you can just buy with no bullshit and apart from trying to avoid the stainless steel cooling unit for home use I can only say good things about it.

If you want a *new* FW7 time may be running out. I don’t know when the FW8 will be released, but speculation has been late this year, and when it is released the 7 will probably be done.

On the bright side, the 8 will probably be very similar to the 7 but with improvements, so unless you care about adding specifically a 7 to your collection it shouldn’t hurt to wait a little while.

As for the TM, I was one of the most vocal people here advising caution for buyers who didn’t have backup options due to slow and unresponsive customer service and some small design issues.

Today I wouldn’t worry any more about buying from TM than from most others, and I’d say their customer service is actually better than a lot of others now.

I put an order through on the 6th. Still not shipped. And for some reason I was charged 300 not only on the 6th. But I was charged the same amount from them again last night? So double charged somehow? I been trying to email them. Hoping to get a response back sooner rather than later

You'll get a refund, must have been a mistake, sometimes what happens is the money gets charged and then refunded, then charged again when the TM ships... it used to be a bit more of a pre-order situation, but for a while there has often been plenty of stock lately, right now it seems they are out of stock again, I'm sure they will respond by email to give you an update... Though waiting a few days for it to ship is not unusual and in my opinion not at all a big deal, just be patient, could take a week or so potentially, who knows, just be prepared for that, once it ships it should be quick at least!
