Hello,
i'm sorry for your problems.

1. your jackpods are already send.
2. we told you to please send the unit back so we can check it. if its defect and our fault you get the shipping cost back. we offerd you a repair or if its broken a new piece.
this is one of the first 10 pieces made, i checked them all, i made them, i use what i make so i would love to see what is wrong in your opinion.
3. its not made to have the heater sit on the bowl, you need to hold the heater part in position, its too heavy and this way it will not seal.
4. if the bowl sits too loose please try to add a second o-ring, please and let me know if that works.
5. what about just sending a video and showing the problem. you want to have it replaced or just a second one? that i can not know from here. i'm sorry.

greetings
Dreamwood
Second O-ring.......the only O-ring installed on the unit is on the glass adapter.
The issue is where the two wood halves join.
I have told you this repeatedly and NOW you ask for a video or pics when called on a public forum.
Show me a picture of the O-ring you are referring to please.
Don't see any mention or pics of o-rings here or in the written manual except for the base unit and glass adapter.

you said the glass adapter is not staying in position...a second o-ring can solve that.

i did not ask for a video yes. i would like to check the unit myself like my brother told you.
but if you want something replaced and think a video can show the problem why not just send one?

where the wood parts join, there is no seal, (it needs to be put on straight) i made it this way to have no problem getting parts seperated after a hit.
but if you want a seal you can use a o-ring on the heaterpart that joins into to bowl.
(the replacement o-ring for the glass part is smaller but can be extended to fit on.)

peace

Ok dude I am going with there is a language\translation issue and not get pissy.
You say you made it to function as is and any issue is user error.
I will just say the 22's ain't for me cuz I cannot get it to do anything but scorch due to my error.
Still no tracking number, you know the one you said you would send me when you mailed the Jack pods ten days ago.
Thanks for trying to walk me through it good luck on your future endeavors.

Hi

I just setup my first Glow. Big thanks to wisausnk for his great post on page 1 that helped me figure out the settings for the mod. I'm using a Paranormal DNA 250. Using Escribe software I found the coils tested at 0.679 at 77F. Wisausnk is using over 40 watts but I found the coils glow as low as 20 watts. I tried the lower watt setting and I couldn't get any taste or vapor. I've worked my way up to 28 watts. I've closed the air intakes most of the way. I draw slowly for about 8 seconds and I'm getting nice taste and vapor. I'll probably try going up a bit higher but this is working really nice right now.

I have the Glow 14. The small size is nice for me. Loading the actual vape is different as all my other vapes - the stew is where the material goes. My first time was a little messy but I'm sure I'll find some innovative solution to simplify that process.

Still working on my first bowl. I'll enjoy using this on a regular basis. Nicely made and works fantastic. Could use a bit more explanation on the Dreamwood website to answer a bunch of these questions but that's true of a lot of sites. I reached out and emailed them and Joel was super responsive and helped me out. So far the customer service has been really good - I used it to figure out which models to get. There have been no issues or anything like that.

I did get mine over a year ago. I know I'm a bit of a slacker for not setting this up earlier but that's life. At least now I'll be enjoying it daily!! Glass if more than half full. Enjoy. Peace.

Hi folks, I'm looking to get my first 510. It looks like the Dreamwood is a good beginner since it is setup for watts. I am leaning towards the 14 for size, portability and the bowl in the body.

Can the 14 accept mouthpieces/stems from other sources or manufacturers? Is there a size standard for it?

Thanks!

You can get different mouthpieces at gree dream.shop but also everything that has the right size should fit, I can measure the size for you later or just contact @dreamwoodvaporizer on instagram

You welcome yeah sure they glow but at the moment you start to draw the glowing stops I switched to 60w but with twisted coil. It's all a preference and technic thing. If you have some questions let me know ✌

Little tease on the v3 base for the glow will be aviable soon ✌️

Just looked and felt very dry. A wipe down with sticky butter changed the look. Same with my basic vapman.

When packing the bowl, do you tamo it to keep from falling out or does that not matter?

I pulsed at 40W one or two seconds on and off or until I felt heat. Was really superb.

many other tips?

Hi all

I'm thinking of getting in on the Glow scene. It is quite different from other vapes in my small collection (Pax 3, Dynavap M, Sticky Brick OG) and fills the niche of battery powered on demand convection. As a mostly home toker I'm leaning toward the 18.

I've been struggling to find info on/discussion regarding best mods for dry herb tank. Is this basically because it doesn't matter?

I have a Smok Stick Prince I could use but I'm assuming the lack of control over power output (and high wattage) would be problematic. Been looking at Voopoo Drag 2 or Vaporesso Gen S... Are these suitable?

You can use all box mods that can pump out at least 60w but i would suggest a

WISMEC Reuleaux RX GEN3 Dual 230 Watt

I have a Smok Procolor and it will work. I have to try my Glow RCV14 with my Sinuous P80.

The general consensus seems Smok is junk, but so far okay for me. Still new to 510 mods to know better.

The Gen3 Dual seems to get a lot of votes due to the ability to change the firmware to ArticFox etc. Not possible with Smok, but if you don't care for Temperature Control maybe doesn't matter. Dreamwood doesn't specify any box mod as suggested as I know.

VooPoo? This seems to be getting some interest from people too.

There is no recommendation because all do work of they can put out enough W. It is not only good for temp control with arctic fox you can set up specific preheat and heat separate. I use 3sec 70w preheat and 12 sec @65W with my glow 18

So how tech savvy does one need to be to change firmware and do what you just said?

Haven't tried yet, but think just downloading the software for windows, picking and then done.

Just need to get over the learning curve which I have yet to.

I wonder if I go for 60w and with half open air , will I be able to make a big punch in the face without combusting?

If you draw fast enough but i would suggest to open the airflow fully for the best experience between 60-65w.

And I hope you use the twisted coils the standard kanthal are ppl not suited for 60w up
