The Plug-In Supreme Vaporizer

I'm using the SV6 with a New Vape flat coil and handle setup. It's a coil on only one side but IMO two coils would not provide any benefit. After just a few minutes the heating element is sufficient and the heating is even with just the one coil.

I gotta say I wasn't sure if I was going to like being tethered (coming from a torch driven SV3) but I'm happy as a pig in shit with this setup. The consistency and not messing with the torch far outweighs the tethering. Great add to the collection and to the store. We are working on getting coils and controllers as well so we can sell full packages.
Nice to hear. I've actually been on your website several times lately, and I'm looking forward to seeing the supreme package options soon. Please keep me updated!

Edit: Any interest in carrying the supreme v3.5? I like the idea of comparing the temp readout at the bowl to the enail set temp, plus it has a built in stand/handle.

Pretty sure Ed is only making the SV6 now. That is all he offered when I inquired.

As for controllers and coils I am waiting for some sales dollars to clear. We got cut off by PP a few weeks back. Went through several temporary processors and now we have a permanent solution again. But it really hurt my buying plans and potentially getting ready for BF. But I will holler back when I have some in stock...right now looking at disorderly conduction gear to pair with it.

Thanks to @VGOODIEZ for getting me setup with a Supreme v6! This thread is pretty quite which is usually a sign of something that works good and gets people so stoned they can’t type. I like it! Any tips for temps to start with using an Auber rdk300? I saw some pretty high temps tossed around for the v4 but not much about the 6 unless I’ve missed it.

My laptop hard drive is shot and my laptop needs a complete rework. In the meantime I've added a little steel plate in between the Sv6 block and the flat coil creating a buffer allowing for better heating at higher temps without leaving a tiny melted coil imprint. Currently cruising at 460 f on the block with the box set to 735. I love the Supreme V6 so much, I wish it was more popular

How thick is that plate you are using?
And is it just a bit bigger than the coil or the whole size of the supreme plate? I like this idea:D as some of the PID temps I’ve noticed are much higher than I’m used to using mine but I guess I’m glad they go up so high haha!

Appreciate your support!

As for settings it's going to be contingent on how you install the coil (see instructions for which side). One will perform hotter than the other.

Make sure you follow the instructions for the burnoff.

And I generally run between 475-490 but I do see some variation between my newvape coil setup and my disorderly conduction setup (yes I have two setups, I'm spoiled :)) so you really want to experiment in that range to find what works for you.

i got a SV6 and rdk 300 what setting are you using?
k type sensor placed where the supreme 3 was never agrees with the rdk display and when i insert the bowl it never recovers
trying to set it up the silicone cracked and disintegrated or stuck on and rip try to remove it
what sizes silicone tubes do i need
the 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD i got didn't work.

My rdk 300 is set on 525-545 usually. No other changes from factory other than to up the auto shutoff. I mounted a handle on mine which takes away some heat. I had to up the temp for that as well so yours may be less. I just played with the temps on mine until I got the abv where I like it.

Almost there...
I run mine at 309 Celsius, so around 588 F.
I do not use the tube loading system as it is a hassle and I wanted to move away from adding any conduction to my vape line up.
Easiest was is to move the load out of the SV4 and into a basket in a 18/14mm adapter.
All over improvement and so easy to use!

The SV3 was my DD for almost 3 years until the SV4 came out to take it's place!

One tip I can give to any SV4 owners is to make sure you crimp your coil box slightly to improve contact between coil and body. Never let it get loose as you will loose performance!

Here is an older video showing my bowl and my favorite piece of glass!
Since taking this video, I have managed to break my bowl and am very sad....LOL!

My High5 controller was returned today!
Whatever setting they have, it is perfect for my SV4. Best flavor extractor I have.

Pity they kept the old box and sent me a whole new controller, I had some cool decals on the old one...
At least all the buttons work again and my DD is back in business again!

My cheap China controller works but something is different with the heating cycles and the taste is off.
Not sure how else to describe it or logically explain it...

My replacement High5 controller has just done the same thing... The UP arrow will not function.
8 months of use per unit. Not sure if I would recommend their Basic e-nail controller.
I will be upgrading to their LCD model which is hopefully longer lasting.

Sorry to hear your troubles.

My controller is a high-5 LCD. It has worked really well for me.

I have a question for folks in this thread, what sort of replacement tubing is best to line the barrel below the heater? I have used silicone tubing but it keeps getting hard and brittle after awhile of exposure to the heat.

thanks in advance.

Woo-hoo. Free bud!
(commas matter, lol)
Lol, commas can help, but correctly applied terminology and punctuation, as demonstrated here, can still be ambiguous and open to various interpretations.

But yes, free bud does sound nice. Fortunately I have that effectively. Well, okay, about £100 for 10 to 20 ounces. Not too steep.

Just received my Auber RDK-300 and what a beauty it is!
Nice and compact with a great display, easy encoder knob and a nice on/off lit button.
Adjusted the settings as per Auberins for use with their 100Watt flat coil.

While I was in the settings, I changed the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
@JCat Hope this does not affect the other programming...ROFLMAO!!!

Set it to my old High % temp of 309C and took a hit.
Lighter vapor but the flavor was out of this world!
After a few bowls I am at 320C and this seems more like it.

The vapor seems smoother and the flavor is improved as well with this new controller.
I have mentioned this before but thought I was crazy... Now testing the SV4 on it's 3rd controller, I can say for myself there is a marked difference in how a vape will perform depending on what is controlling it.
I am sure @maxvapor710 Will hopefully have some comments on this as well?

To start with I used a cheap $60 China controller and it worked great, this controller is still up and running about 5 years later.
Then I decided to upgrade to a "better" controller and went with a basic High 5 as it was just for flower use. I am on box 2 now, both lasted 6 months before a button would stop working. I was told it was because I changed the display to show Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Also told it was impossible to change the way it displayed temps...
The High 5 actually made the SV4 taste amazing and brought it to life somehow.
I have checked the settings for the China and High 5 boxes and both are exactly the same.
Now using the Auberins my SV4 tastes a whole lot better than last night using the same herb! Smoother vapor at hotter temps, better flavor that lasts longer longer and the same color of ABV.
What gives?

I would recommend the Auberins line to anyone looking for a good priced controller for basic use.
@emmdeemo has championed a new addition to the Auberins program with a "Glob Mode" that you can ask them to program into your unit when you purchase it.
For the most advanced do everything except make coffee controller, go with the @maxvapor710 controller!

So today marks day 1 of use for my Auberins RDK-300.
I hope it lasts for years to come!
