OK depressed USPS has had my hopper for 11 days and it's in Jamaica NY. Are they using it to vape the ganja or what. I'm in Canada and always thought Canada Post sucked. Now I feel for my southern friends. I hope it leaves there soon. So I can go to "HOPPERVANA". The tread for people who have a Grasshopper in hand and aren't waiting for it to arrive but get to talk about how it is doesn't work quite right.

Just ordered my TI hopper and I gotta say I am very excited. Does anyone who has bought recently know how long it takes to get to you? lol. I live in Canada, about a two hour drive from Michigan border if that means anything. I never buy online lol.

Thanks!
Ordered my SS Jan 8 it shipped Feb 1 and I received it today. I'm in Western Canada but it went from Colorado to NY and then to me so in the East it may spent a little less time in the post. My only downside so far is I have to go to work in an hour and won't be able to try it until I get back (maybe I should phone in sick) I guess now I will be leaving this thread although with the improved delivery performance I think this thread may be just about done. Good luck to all who are waiting for theirs.

Yeah, it's already been winding down in here. It will be a great thing when this thread is no longer needed, but it feels bittersweet in a way.

It's hard to believe we're down to roughly a months wait. It almost feels surreal after the year and a half that I've been a part of this thread in one way or another.

For those keeping score, I ordered an ss GH on Feb 10 and I got shipping confirmation today. I believe they shipped in a way that doesn't track in Canada. I am hoping to avoid customs charges like the rest of you. Six days from purchase to shipping is certainly an improvement for them! Has anyone in Canada had to pay customs charges? If so, how much were they?

Grasshopper Grasshopper Mail
On-demand Delivery and the end of Pre-orders

Read this on our blog here.

Designing, constructing and delivering the Grasshopper was an incredible challenge and journey for everyone involved. After countless setbacks and delays, our small team managed to produce a world-class product without compromise. Our approach was totally unconventional and continually pushed us to make the Grasshopper better. We custom designed every part and chose to do things the right way rather than the fast way.

Next week we begin on-demand delivery of Hopper Labs products. Over the past two years, fast delivery was a goal knowing we had dedicated customers waiting patiently to receive a unit. The final retail prices of $200.00 for the Stainless Steel and $250.00 for the Titanium and Color will accompany this progress. At these prices, we are more competitive with the market, able to offer a better product, better warranty service, and a better experience. From the rounded off pricing (no 199.99) to the mechanical design and lifetime warranty, the Grasshopper is meant to show how products can be more about the customer than profits.

Hopper Labs, as a whole, is a unique entity in the consumer product world. Design, development, and production all happen in a single place under the guidance of a small team. Such close-knit ties between hardware and software, design and production create an environment where more is possible. We handle our distribution, warranty and customer service, so you are never dealing with a stranger. Our products are built in the USA, and in-house wherever possible. Hopper Labs remains a 100% founder owned company, having taken no outside investment.

So, next time you are out using the Grasshopper, think of the time and care that went into all its details.

Just got my Green Ti grasshopper with 6 batteries. I ordered 4 extra batteries and I guess one comes with it and they throw in another. However it is the wimpiest green I have ever seen. I can sort see a greenish sort of tinge. I don't care the blue ti ( almost as wimpish) has company. YEA!!. This vaporizer rocks. Tried the new charging cable which works very nice. Never used the old one.
Over and hop hop hop out.
