Yocan Blade hot knife is a battery-powered dabbing tool with a 400 mAh battery for a long standby time.
The Yocan Blade hot knife comes with two types of ceramic blades, K1 and K2. This allows the user to choose the blade that suits their daily use. Both blades are made of high-quality ceramic texture, which can melt concentrates quickly without wasting concentrates. Making your tap journey easier and more perfect.

In addition, Yocan Blade hot knife dab supports three levels of voltage adjustment (3.0V-3.6V-4.2V). The higher the voltage, the faster the heating efficiency. In use, users can choose the right voltage according to the amount of wax they need to melt.
Yocan Blade hot knife comes with a unique Tip Cover, when the cover is put on Yocan Blade looks like a pen. It protects the ceramic tip when you are traveling.
This motorized applicator is designed to make your tapping experience easier while protecting your tapping device. Keep your tapping device clean for a long time.
The above is a partial introduction to the Yocan Blade hot knife dab, to learn more you can enter the Yocan official. If you are a vaporizer retailer please contact Yocan as soon as possible for wholesale Yocan Blade to capture the market quickly.

SEARCH for the treasure...
I love my Puffco Hotknife

I received one of those for free, with some order I made, was surprised to see some places sell them for $50.
What I don’t like about it, is after the button press, it goes off pretty quickly, and since my finger is on the power button, it hides the tiny built in light…

I don’t actually use mine much, as most of the wax and shatter I just drop off my loading spoon.
I use it to gather the soft wax that’s left in the bottom of the glass jars.
In my case, having some settings and power indicator would be a step up, but I’m not blowing more then $25 for any of these, the Puffco was free, and gets the job done in my usage case.

@RustyOldNail i want to try the focus saber one, although i've heard mixed feedback.

Hopefully Yocan can convince us that their product is worthy... how much is it even? And what's with the (un)related articles at the bottom? This seems like a major spam for retailer buy in lol

They also have a combo hot knife thermometer Yocan JAWS I believe.

Fucking Combustion (mostly) Since February 2017
I've been wanting a Puffco hot knife for some time, but this looks way too thick for a dab tool compared to something like the afore mentioned hot knife.

Yeah useless... been hearing similar reports about the Focus Saber knife. Just ordered my second puffco for a backup, I can't ever imagine being without one. When the battery dies it's like having to bust out the horse and buggy instead of Lambo! lol

In fact, I'm putting my $ where mouf is:

(Sorry, less than $9 for 3 pieces/sizes delivered... sure hope they work out)
So, not to muck up a vendor thread too much and just to get back: these are currently being tested... I got the 3-pack in silver/black with 3 dif sizes. Right now I'm testing out the largest on a (Wulf) Yocan Kodo Pro battery set to it's lowest setting (1.8v) and though not an ideal match size-wise (cuz I forgot I gave away all my old "ego" etc, small, thin, pen-style batteries, and I had to order a couple of cheapos that haven't arrived yet), it seems to do a great job doing what it's supposed to do...! I'm really diggin' it! cheap fun!

Edit for shitty pic:

Personally, and frankly, I think it's crazy to spend more on this process/tool. ✌️

bought a cheap one off of amazon months ago. Have looked at some of the higher cost ones, and I just can't justify it.

I was all excited that Yocan was going to send me one of these to test and review. They got all my contact and shipping info, and then told me that I need to film myself congratulating them on their 10 year anniversary for some promo video. When I politely declined, I never heard back. Bought a second Puffco hotknife instead.

Tell them your “Appearance Fee”, is a lot more then a hot knife! :)
Yup, which came to all of only about $8 delivered in a couple weeks for one of these complete... that works perfectly, btw:

I heard back! It's on its way and i'm looking forward to an honest unbiased review for you cool cats and compare it to my Puffco's. Now that i'm using a super deep 3DXL chamber, form factor/size is absolutely crucial.

Yocan Blade in Mint Blue landed! I did not pay for it as Yocan sent it to me to test and review so here we go! My only experience with hotknives is with the Puffco (2 of them).

Initial impressions....packaging...it's nice. That typical higher quality box with foam felt inside.

The aesthetic on the knife is decent, it looks like a highlighter with the black cap on, but it feels kind of heavy and on the bigger side for a hotknife. When I carefully took the cap off, the magnetic tip came with it and it took some fishing to get it out with a dab tool. Not a great start. After that though, there were no issues so I assume it just jostled off during shipping and got crammed/stuck in there. I rarely travel with my hotknife and never use the caps anyway.

Considering the 400mah being smaller than the Puffco (500mah) i'm surprised that it's longer, but perhaps that's just intentional for the aesthetic. It does have a much larger led and 3 colours for the 3 temps although I find myself only using the hottest temp on red. It does have the ability to turn on and off (unlike the Puffco) and doesn't time out for 15s (Puffco is only 3s I believe). The ability to swap tips magnetically is nice although I personally don't see an advantage to the different tip styles for my own extracts but I suppose it is nice having a spare.

It can roll off a table, and had it almost just happen. I feel like the form factor is too big and thick, and it makes it harder to manipulate in small jars, and my 3DXL chamber. Overall it's okay, it does what it's supposed to but I much prefer my Puffco. And now i've lost the desire for even the Focus Saber.

Thanks Yocan, nice job on the Blade, I would LOVE this device if it could weigh my dab too!
