Way to cool vapor without a water bong?

My ascent is really making me cough and there's no smoke, the hot vapor is just killing my lungs (asthma). any ideas?

The longer the Vapor travels the more it has a chance to cool down. So think about attaching a piece of silicon whip.

I too have the ascent, it is quite harsh by itself. Maybe try building a vapor lung (search this forum, there's a huge thread about it). That should cool the vapor completely.

Or as @cawshook mentioned, try adding a silicon whip to the mouthpiece.

I personally prefer vaping through water now (gotten so accustomed it's harsh to go back to dry vapor!)
