Vaping weed and nicotine juice together

Hi everyone I'm new to forum and hope i am not repeating question.......does anyone vape cannabis and ejuice i.e together at the same time - in an iolite or similar.

one or two drops of 18mg should be safe, but it might blow your face in too (all at once), but depends on your dosage, and your familiarity with the Iolite - have you used e-juice on cotton in it before?

I haven't tried - presumably the cotton wool doesnt get vaporised or inhaled but the cannabis does?

Is this safe? Just thought it would be nice to have a bit of vapour with the herb because im from uk and am used to having tobacco in traditional joints - americans don't seem to do this do they?

^ You are correct, in fact when I'm in europe I get a lot of people making fun of my "American joints", then again I get a few people commenting on how I must be "a hard core smoker" to roll pure. I tell them they are crazy to taint their weed with something as common and uninteresting as tobacco

Anyway, I have an iolite, and though I have smoked juice out of it (with the cotton method), I pretty much just vape herb from it anymore. Truth be told a high quality e-cig (like the ego/volcano) does a better job and uses a lot less juice, since you control the on-off.

Far as mixing, I've had this thought before, but something to keep in mind is that the ejuice are typically flavored, and even those which aren't flavored are using PG/VG or Glycerin as a base, and all of these have their own taste. Those bases produce a lot of vapor though, so if you want to vape clouds they would be the way to go, hehe. Anyway, if there weren't a flavor I would be more into this idea. For levels, when I smoked I was a pack-a-day, and now I vape around 2-3ml of 8mg juice (a ml is roughly 20 drops). Beyond the taste, and making sure you aren't getting sick from the nic, there's no reason you can't vape nic-juice and herb together.

You can also vape tobacco itself. It works quite well, and though there is a lot less info on it, as far as I have heard is similar to other vaping in that it releases substantially less chemicals/carcinogens. I don't see any reason why you couldn't just put in a bit of tobacco with your herb loads.

I've only read about the social aspects of smoking a doob that's mostly tobacco, isnt it both to stretch out the herb, mellow the effects and mostly lengthen the time you spend doing it with friends?

I think there's a few factors at play. When I was growing up there was a lot more hash about than there was grass and to make a joint with hash you pretty much need tobacco or some other media. And so then tobacco smoke became part of the smoking experience. And also got used to getting 3-4 spliffs off a teenth. In later years I did get weed more often I used to enjoy the occasional pure weed spliff, but mixed about half and half with tobacco just tasted better. Seems strange to me now.

But I like the sociability line of reasoning. Never really thought of it like that.

Hi All, I am here in OZ & in different parts of the country different pot smoking habits emerge.

When i was a younger lad growing up in northern queensland it was a sin to mix tobacco in your weed & absolutely no-one did it at all ever.

But, travel to the southern states & all pot smokers mix a large amount of tobacco to the mix.(30-50%) Now I have lived in these tobacco pot smoking states for about 15 yrs now, and I must admit that mixing tobacco with your pot is actually a better, more enjoyable smoke.

I find the hit is better, stronger maybe, but its just better. Once you get used to the taste of course.
The need for tobacco & pot to be together is so strong, that if you have pot but no tobacco, its a fucking tragedy.
People would rather pull the old baccy out of cigarette buttends & use that than smoke pot without tobacco.

& yes it makes the stash last longer too.
I have only just recently discovered vaping, & I have cut tobacco out of the equation because i want to harvest all the wand goodies. i find I am vaping a shitload of weed at the moment, but I console myself with the fact that I'm working the need for tobacco out of my system.

I cannot roll a joint without tobacco. Seriously. The consistency sucks, it burns much hotter; total bullshit. And I smoked nothing but joints.

But i would use a MAX of 30% tobacco. My non-smoker friends could not taste it usually

So when i quit tobacco i had to quit joints too. Now i'm all vape.

I used to have an iolite, and really the only reason you'd keep one is to use with e-liquid. Crazy flavor. Just a couple drops on your bud and you're golden.

I'm south european, and I confirm that here everybody rolls joints with paper filter and tobacco/weed mixture. The pure weed joint is an exception. Before starting vaping I used to smoke my bud in my roor mixed with a little tobacco. I almost solely smoked from my glass bong, and weed+little tobacco was all that I needed. That's maybe why here, many weed smokers are also cigarette smokers, although I'm not that into cigarettes, never smoked them, don't like the taste at all, and the effects neither. Now I only vape weed, so I don't need that few cigarettes no more, only good aspects of enjoying weed from now on!

That reminds me of when I was with an Aussie girl and spent a year over there, mostly in south east Oz, and finding to my horror that everybody used a mix of about 50% strong rolling tobacco, finely chopped, in the bong mix. Now 'baccy in a joint is one thing, but in a bong..... that was some strong shit. The nicotine rush was intense and vomit inducing. Kinda got accustomed to it after a while, but the thought makes me shudder now.

I do remember in teenage years in the UK some friends used to toast a cigarrette with a lighter and crumble it to add to their bong mix, but even then I used to have pure bongs as did many friends. And even this wasn't as strong as the dark rolling baccy in Australia.

around here(the netherlands) everyone also mixes it with tobacco in a joint, depends a lot on the person how much and what kind(some prefer to bust open a cig, some use rolling tobacco and some use the grinded remains at the bottom of a pack rolling tobacco)
but in pipes bongs most people do smoke pure, only there aren't that many pipes/bongs around

It's important to know that unlike with cannabinoids, you can OD on nicotine. It's quite possible to load up a vape with tobacco, take a bit hit and end up with nicotine poisoning. Chances are you'll just feel sick and dizzy and throw up, but it still isn't going to be nice, so take care with vaping tobacco.

There are no/littlepipes or bongs in NL LOL... For sure in Rotterdam and Amsterdam i confirm to bump in a smoking device every few meters especially in the gift and sovenir shops .
Around here Eastern Europe.. it has become common to mix with tobacco since the prices has gone up.. But before 2008 we used to roll big ass joints .. I've personally had rolled a 100 g joint 100 cm long in rice paper.. LOL.. In the 90s there were no rolling papers around.. LOL.. ( recovering from the communism came a long way ) Can you imagine that there is about 1400 years of cannabis use in my country(not to mention a thracian ceramic pipe that is one of the earliest/olders artifacts of human history ever found),, and there were no rolling papers so in the 90s i remember we used to empty regular cheap cigs..
To the topic.. i tried some e-cigs.. and i dont like that poisonous nicotine.. LOL. and glycerin in your lungs.. LOL.. And i cant imagine clearing that stuff off my water pipes or bowls.. Artifical flavours.. are crap IMO too.. why don't you just use essential oils which are 100 % pure..
I used to be a 1-2-3 packs a day smoke for 8-10 months .. When i tried the e-cig for first time it was 3 years since my last tobacco use.. i got so fuckin sick... almost like the first time i tried cigs... So in my opinion nicotine is crap and poisonous.. and gets all my senses numb that with prolonged use u even start not to notice the poisonous effects.. and you stop feeling that sick when get used to that poison.. but it does not means that in does not do the same harm like that first time anymore..
Try to give up nicotine for 6 months - 1 years.. and then just try a bit .. and you will see how sick it will make you ..

I've injected little nugs of weed with e-juice to vape them in my Soo before.

It's hard to get the dosage right, you only need a tiny bit, less then a drop perhaps. The juice tends to go before the bud, so you get huge clouds the first few hits with not so many working goodies. Enormous massive clouds though. Taste was pretty good compared to how the same juice tastes in my Ego, although it didn't really go that well mixed with the weed taste. I used tobacco (Desert Ship from Hangsen) flavored e-juice with a light dosage of nicotine, 6mg. I wouldn't try this with more nicotine than that because you vape a lot of it per hit compared to in an e-cig, so it's real easy to OD on nicotine this way.

I read this post and immediately thought of my gf she loves the ecig. I haven't tried this but I can say that I probably wouldn't either mixing those two just seems odd. I mean like someone mentioned the artificial flavors would probably just ruin it.

Depending on how strong of an effect I want I use one of these 2 methods:
Liquid: using a "tank" style ECig cartridge. This requires a little knowledge of ECig preparation. Fill with your favorite eliquid, leave about 1/3 of the tank space empty . Put kief or HO in the tank part. This setup works best with high voltage pens cause you are basically infusing the eliquid with the concentrate using the heat of the center column.
Dry: for this I use rolling tobacco usually mild, cause it will definitely give you a kick. There are a few kinds of dry herb cartridge on the market. But your choice will probably be determined on hardware you already have & $$ (AtmosRaw and Gentlemans vapes both have this kind of cart, and I have tried it with both) grind up a mixture of herb and tobacco ( I usually go with a 2:1 ratio) And plop it right in.

So, can anyone suggest a good portable vape that can do both nicotine e-juice & herb concentrate? My eGo C Twist is smelling like dead battery and I'm looking for a higher end model with more flexibility. Thanks y'all

Check out the Cera thread here, it has replaceable cores designed for ejuice, concentrates & herb. There are other options too, like delta9 vapes & others.

Hopefully soon I'll be done with joye, cartomizers & hassles as I have ordered a Cera.

That's why I never ever vaped tobacco poison. No judge, I used to be a smoker, I was putting some in my joints and smoking it straight some times

Zokk has it correct. Thermovape is just coming out w/a unique device. It has interchangeable cores, so far 3 difft types developed: ejuice, dry herb & essential oil.

It isn't cheap, but I got tired of ecigs real fast. I mean who the F came up with this stuff? Cartomizers & what not have bad taste & don't last long. Cera is designed to last a lifetime, and proprietary ceramic designs...no fiberglass, wires, solder or any such nonsense. Made in the USA too.

I'd also been researching ways of incorporating nicotine/ejuice into my vape mixes...

My simple conclusion was: it's not worth the hassle/mess. Now I just use multiple devices simultaneously! All the desired effect, none of the hassle And if you've already got multiple machines, might as well spread wear-n-tear across all of them, rather than putting all the pressure on a single unit.

So a typical vape session for me involves wax/oil in a Thermovape Revolution (Dart), herbs in my EQ/Solo/MFLB and e-liquid in an ego style device.

I even modified a whip so I could 'inject' ecig vapour straight into a single vape-stream, but I rarely bother with it now. I just stick em all in my mouth like I'm some kind of crazy bagpiper
