Is this the upgraded model?

Umm I'm not sure is there a way to know by looking at it? I got it new at a head shop. It always starts up no problems with two ignites.

New fuel window on the upgraded model, more flat and durable it seems but its a little harder to see the fuel level without light...also heats up quicker/only takes 1 click to ignite right away

Also if it was purchased before august 2012 then it is not the newer model
