Anastasio H Rojas was caught sneeking back into the US, and was killed by Border Patrol, after he was caught, after he was in custody, after he was hand-cuffed and laying on the ground.
What was his crime? Perhaps it was in asking for his day in court, or pointing out his civil rights should be observed. That was when two officers took this one man back to the border to deport him personally, where he was killed by a group of 20 Border Patrol officers.
Since when is death a suitable punishment for breaking any law?
Border Patrol employs over 60,000. It is the largest police force in the country. And they only report to Homeland Security, unlike any other police force in our country.
The Department of Justice has said for two years they are investigating this, but to this day have not requested the videos taken by eyewitnesses, nor spoken to any of the eyewitnesses, so that sounds like a lie. if it were really under investigation they'd investigate it, but they haven't, but said they are. Is that a lie? anyway....

We should write our congressmen or find the petitions online to make our opinions known, please.
