Does anyone here use these? What would be a good starter E-cig for someone who smokes a lot of cigarettes? (not expensive preferably!)

Evic-vtc mini. Just got one with a tank and 5 extra coils for $55 shipped. The coils last about two weeks so it's good to buy them with whatever tank you get. I have also found vapewild.com to be great for the juices. Very cheap and a good way to test out flavors.
Edit to add: forget the starter kits and just jump right to a middle of the road or more advanced setup. The starter or beginner kits are good to start off, but if you like it you will want to upgrade immediately.
