    "Thermovape Warranty"
Each Thermovape unit comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. The heater core and batteries are equipped with a 3 month Warranty. However, both parts are a consumable and will need to be replaced in the future according to the amount of use. "

The whole unit is just heater core and batteries the only other thing is the steel body right? That auto- email has me kind of worried. But hey one guy on youtube does have his unit so they must be shipping right?

Sounds like the core and batteries will need to be replaced periodically depending on the frequency of use. Still very interested.

i wonder how much $ would it cost and how often do you have to change the heating element.

From the sound of the materials used in the heating element id say it's most likely not gonna need to be changed often at all..but who knows?

:| well it better not burn out at 3 1/2 months, the element sounds solid from the description so this may just be a way of them covering their asses from having to fix everyones unit 5 years from now when it finally does burn out.....a year warranty would be a bit more re-assuring though, in any case i really dig the fact that all the parts are easily replaced by the user, i just hope i don't have to try the process out for a good long time

I like the fact everything can easily be replaced by the user as well. Hopefully you are right about the warranty. I think I will be placing an order for one at the beginning of the month. Running on empty after holiday shopping.

Heh, I'd just assume new vape companies are based in CA.

I just joined you in an order SF Giant! I normally wouldn't be such an early adopter, but I'm leaving for a 2-week trip next Monday, and think this thing will be a great accessory. If not, I'll have put it through a good test anyway. I emailed them and they confirmed they could ship out tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest.

looks good but not interested in conduction vape anymore :)

so i wonder what those 2 O-ring are made of, hopefully not rubber, since they are so close to the heating core :uhoh:

That is quite a difference in price between the two units. This thing is even more expensive than the Vaporblunt. Can't wait to hear you guys give a review of it.

Edit: I wonder how easy it is to clean? Anyone else able to find info on cleaning this bad boy?

Edit: Never mind, I just found it in the online owners manual. Looks like it will disassemble nicely and allow user to clean and maintain all parts.

Really liking the look of this and the professional feel of the website.

Agreed. Which is why I think this ThermoVape *may* be better (for me) than my current MFLBs. Will just have to wait and see.

Edit: re: those 2 O-rings, I'd be very interested in knowing what they're made of as well. Haven't noticed it in scanning the website or online manual.

One concern i do have is blazing hot vapor, that heating element seems to be around an inch from your lips while in use, also the holes in both the bowl and topcap seem to be pretty big, i see screen retrofits in my future, hope i'm not the sacrificial lamb here :uhoh:

Thanks zmurder, I edited my post after I found the cleaning info. Looks like a very solid build.

I'm worried about this thing being too hot too. BUT it's mentioned somewhere on the page that you can turn the unit off (and keep drawing air) if the vaped air starts to feel too hot.... I can imagine different inhaling and powering on/off techniques that may make it work alright even if it is set a bit too hot....but will have to wait til Thursday or Friday to see.

EDIT: here's the quote from Page 17 of the User Manual:

"You must hold the switch in the ON position while inhaling.
When you slide the switch all the way up until it stops. That is the ON position.
If you feel that the vapor is getting too hot you can momentarily release the switch."

    But who knows?

That's what i thought the first time too but im pretty sure it is someone else coughing in the background as the cough is still happening as the reviewer is quietly saying "vape" while exhaling.
Edit: it does say you can wash the heating element/bowl or even boil it if need be......crazy
