I have a complete EL cera included is:
-Used, cleaned, ceramic is stained from use
-Ceramic UFO Mouthpeice
-Ceramic cap
-EL Core
-XTAR WP2 Home/Car charger
-2x 2250 Panasonics
-Safety Rod thing
-Cera Body
Everything is in working order, i used this EL core as an EO core the only problem is that the Top ceramic wafer cracked (Have it still) you may want to send it to TV for a rebuild
