I'd really like to know what sort of "sleek electronic devices" are "delivering marijuana." Are we talking drones? Cyborgs? Straight up robots? That would be pretty sweet.

I think they are talking about 'vaping' with those cartridges, you know, the sort of thing that has been causing severe illness and death. They are not talking about convection vaporizing of flowers like most of us do here. IMO those cartridges suck. You don't know what's in them! I'm suspicious enough of commercially grown weed. But those things are really black boxes.
