Sous Vide thread

is it appropriate to start a Sous Vide cooking thread as it's not exactly "Virtual Banquet" and not exactly "Cooking With Cannabis" ??


It would be a thread for questions and suggestions and reviews on what works/ doesn't work with Sous Vide method.

I currently am halfway thru a 48 hour pork rib with spice dry rub recipe. Hope it is fall off the bone good...
