So frustrated. Can't figure out what attachment I should be looking for

I bought a Joyetech eGo ONE vaporizer for e-liq. The way I'll smoke weed is THC oils and hash oils. I can get the oils in syringes rather than cartridges but I'm not sure what kind of attachments I should be looking at. I'm not sure about the parts and what to look for either and I'd like to be able to buy quality which would require knowing what to look for.

What are some good attachments? What's required to vape these oils so maybe I can find it that way?

Any help would be super appreciated
