So I was wondering whether vaping has the same effects as smoking on your sleep. I'm switching to a vape as soon as it's delivered (international) and I've heard that the effects of vaping are a bit different. When I'm stressed with a lot of deadlines or something I find myself struggling with intermittent insomnia and smoking really helps with that. It basically immediately puts me to bed unless I fight it and try to stay up, I was wondering your thoughts on if vaping does the same thing or not? Cheers!
