Shattered shatter

I'm new to concentrates so my question may be pretty ignorant. So I got some shatter that is so shattered that some pieces are almost powder. The pieces are so tiny and brittle that they want to fly away as I'm opening get the parchment paper. It tastes good but handling this batch is a pain. I can't get any of the tiny shards to stick together in a ball to load. Any advice or suggestions?

warm tip of dab tool so they soften and stick to it. very very very little heat needed for them to stick to the tool

also if you have like a small glass dish you can heat it up slightly then put your dabs on it and they'll melt back together. Just torch it for a few seconds.
