Gear Safety of these prefilled cartridges?

I just got these gold drop cartridges and a vision spinner battery. I am debating getting a high quality refillable cart after finishing these off but do you guys know what these carts are made of? What is the wick/atomizer made of? Anything sketchy I should be aware of? I already have the voltage turned to the lowest setting.
