So I've been doing alot of reading but I'm not seeing alot of specifics on how to dose them besides just put .1 into a gel cap. I want a little more in depth than that.
My questions; i should add the reclaim to coconut oil for stronger/more absorbant caps? not just plain reaim in a gelcap.....
what do people mean by a ratio of 10:1 ? If I have 1 gram of claim does that mean 10 grams coconut oil for a 10:1 mix ?
If that's the case my next question is how people are getting this liquid into gelcap. Oral syringe? how many ml per gelcap assuming they are size 0. I'm just not clear on how people know how much to put in the gelcap. I make vials all the time and I use ratios like 10ml PG per 100mg and this seems a bit different...since I dunno how many ml 10 grams coconut oil converts to and I dont know how much liquid a gelcap holds.i just wan a be ear on everything before I start lol Im high I may not be getting this across correctly lol any input would be great, thansk
