I was trying to sell my Phantom and this is the message i recieved when i woke up this morning.

Well, SE, while I feel for ya that it is now going to be a bit more difficult to sell your vape, personally, I like to see S&B take a pro-active stance on this issue regarding this statement : "It's against the law to sell fake, counterfeit, or pirated products." Would like to see VaporBros do the same thing as well as some of the log-type vape manufacturers while totally understanding the S&B may have deeper pockets to afford legal counsel.

IMHO, if a product is either not a brand new design, or not an evolutionary design that improves upon the original, than it shouldn't see the light of day and should therefore be labeled as either fake, counterfeit, or pirated.

yes, but the more units produced by different suppliers increase supply and reduce price. Also it forces manufacturers to increase competitiveness, which is great for the customer. Obviously this only applies if the units are very similar in quality and design..I for one do feel for the guy that invented the concept/ idea but as a customer I want a quality unit and as cheap as possible

I declared eBay passe around 2003. I know you make a living there SE but this kind of arbitrary unnecessary corporate driven bullying equates eBay with dog shit IMHO. And FU Meg Whitman!
