PD/WDZ/MZ users - How to re-seat a loose, rattling heatsink [pics]

Here is how you can fix a loose heatsink. Many log/efficiency vape users will experience a loose heatsink at some point. All it takes is a couple good drops after months and months of usage for this to happen. Luckily, its a very easy problem to fix. I made this thread so the info is in one place as opposed to buried in long threads :)

Tools needed

-Flat-head Screwdriver
-Hammer

1. Position your flat-head screwdriver parallel to the c-clip so that the head of the screwdriver is ONLY touching the c-clip.

2. "Tap" the screwdriver on end of the handle at the yellow points suggested on the picture. Make sure the screwdriver is not touching the heatsink when you do this. You want to only be hitting the c-clip.

3. Shake your vape. You should hear absolutely no moving parts. If you do, try repeating step 2 with a little more pressure on your "taps".
