I got my stash of Cannabis Hardware Pipe Inserts yesterday and am very pleased with the way they fit in my standard pipes.
Half of the pipes shown here have 3/4" diameter herb chambers. Those fit the 3/4" Pipe insert perfectly.
The other three have 13/16" diameter herb chambers and require a slightly thicker o-ring to seal properly with the 3/4" insert. I will provide the o-rings with pipe purchase as requested.

Some quick updates on recent projects:

Customers continue to nudge me in new interesting directions. This is the result of a request for a mouthpiece for the Cannabis Hardware Blaze / Have rigs. This example used Maple Burl mounted to Titanium Tube. Thisn sort of thing is available by request with other exotic woods and traditional pipes mouthpiece materials (acrylic, ebonite, etc.)

A particularly nice Briar Burl Proxy Pipe was recently completed. A churchwarden version is starting in the current batch.

and a similar pipe made for smoking, but fits the CH 3/4" pipe inserts to use with ball vapes.
