In early September, HB523 goes into effect, legalizing medical marijuana in Ohio. The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy is responsible for implementing rules on the registration of medical marijuana patients and the licensure of medical marijuana dispensaries.
The Board is in the process of developing rules to implement this new law, and is committed to keeping the public up-to-date throughout the process. Those who are interested should check back for more information or can sign up to receive email updates from the Board of Pharmacy.
