Intuit, which developed Quickbooks, recently announced an online contest. Small businesses were invited to enter. The business with the most votes will win a fully funded commercial, which will be broadcast during Super Bowl XLVIII.

The marijuana advocacy group qualifies as a small business. They have been in operation for 40 years.

As reported by East Bay Express, NORML is currently in the lead with popular votes. In fact, they received enough votes to move on to round two.

Don't really know what the chances are FOX would ever air it, but still cool to see. A big gust is catching our sails.

It looks like from here on out public opinion won't matter and corporate heads will make the choices.

I'm guessing that will hurt Norml's chances.
