So they are coming closer to a compromise in NJ.....but the governor wants to cap medical marijuana potency at just 10% THC content.....almost defeats the entire purpose. Article from the NY Post below.......thoughts?

how does he expect the industry test for things like this and at what stages?

this seems like he either doesn't understand how plants work or he's trying to make their jobs so difficult that they won't even bother trying to make a successful business.

also how would they measure it?
by weight?
by volume?
would this mean that dispensaries would only sell untrimmed buds?
