my new top vapor.

i am a beginner and i bought the Top Vapor vp 210. it is my first vape i have tried/owned.
can anyone give me a step by step to help me set it up. i have a hose with a glass "bulb" on it that i have no idea where to use it. any help is appreciated. im waiting for the fist hit so please help out.
