would someone please post about the leaching method for making canna-oil from ABV, mine didn't get potent enough after five or seven days (15 grams in 1/2 cup canola oil)

Add a tsp of vinegar and a pinch of sea salt (or salt)

This is how I do mine.

    Good luck!

is there a particular reason you cant put it on the stove? would take no more then 15 mins on low heat to transfer the remainder of the actives.

What would the benefits of this be if you don't mind me asking?

I'd like to know more about this topic as well. Hopefully somebody out there has done a leaching process similar to this.

You might substitute coconut oil for the canola. Better yield due to higher/better fat content in the oil.
The vinegar and salt help to grab the actives out of the ABV.
