Latest and greatest Wii Softmod???

Hey guys! Any vapers Wii gurus out there? I have Neogamma in my system and I wonder if there are any better softmods out there? I also need to format my USB in WBFS on a Mac but WBFS for Mac doesn't recognise my drive. Any help?
