Large Threads

Is there an easy way to get to the middle of one of the larger threads without going through every page manually. I'd like to read the last 100 pages of the MFLB thread. Thanks

I tested that link, & it put me at the first page of the thread. I'm not sure how to make a reliable link here.

If you set your profile to the max posts possible per page it reduces the number of pages in a thread. I have it set to 75, & the MFLB thread is 'only' 106 pages long. Profile->Display

weird, sends me to p218.

that bit at the end of the url "p=218" should put you on page 218.



EDIT. that explains it, you don't have a page 218 because you changed that setting

Yeah, I did that early on in the MFLB thread on someone's suggestion. That option makes linking on FC a bit haphazard LOL.

I too have mine set to display 75 posts per page. Right now MF thread is 106 pages long on my end. At the end of the URL you see the page number 106 in my link. You could change that number to a lower page number to pick a start point. Some good tips in there and don't forget to read the Vaporpedia page on MFLB as well. Very informative.

If you use Firefox, the add-on Re-pagination lets you view an entire thread on one page. Great for word searches.
